Detailed guidelines to distribute Jagan Anna Vidya kanuka student kits to students from classes
1 to 10th has been issued by samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh. Therefore the details of the
distribution of Jagan Anna Vidya kanuka kits students has to be uploaded in the  CSE AP 
official websites Schooledu.ap.gov.in, https://cse.ap.gov.in/DSENEW/, ssa.ap.gov.in/SSA by the Headmasters and Teachers. The login with username and password allotted to them explained in

the user manual given in this page. in this page we are going to provide step by step process to
upload the details in the official website

AP Jagananna Vidya Kanuka Kits Scheme 2020-21 (YSR Educational Kit) to Govt. School Students Upload students Kits details @schooledu.ap.gov.in

Lot of efforts has been done by by Andhra Pradesh government to improve the overall quality of
education AP government will  provide Jagan Anna VidyaKanuka Kits to  students . Through these
activities the state government targets to increase literacy rate and gross enrolment ratio in colleges

The Andhra Pradesh government headed by Chief Minister.  Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has given good
news to students of Government schools the government has planned to provide 7 items from 1st to
10th class students in all the public schools from the academic year 2020.The government is going to
distribute the kids to every student in the name of Jagan Anna Vidya Kanaka..Jagan Anna Vidya
scheme would benefit nearly 39.70 Lakh students across the state of Andhra Pradesh has  made
all arrangements under samagra Shishu Abhiyan to provide 7 items to the students on the first day
of reopening of Government schools. students can join either of English medium or Telugu medium.
However, it has made Telugu mandatory in every classroom where English Medium is taught 

The Highlights of Jagan Anna Vidya kanuka scheme

 1. Dress that is school uniform, belt, one pair of shoes, two pairs of socks, School books, notebooks,
School bag are provided under this Jagan Anna Vidya kanuka scheme

2.  These are distributed to mothers of students through School parent communities. the cost of
uniform Sewing is rupees 40 will be e deposited in their bank accounts

3. The government is spending Rupees 650.60  crore for the academic year 2020- 21

4. Funds available to students in grade 1 to  through the comprehensive Shiksha Abhiyan SSA

5. There will be the the availability of SSA funds for classes 9 and 10. the cost of these students will

be  Borne by the state government 

జగనన్న విద్యాకానుక మార్గదర్శకాలు

సమగ్ర శిక్షా 'జగనన్న విద్యా కానుక' విద్యార్ధులకు కిట్లను క్షేత్ర స్థాయిలో పంపిణీ కొరకు – సమగ్ర శిక్షా సీఎంవోలకు, మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు విద్యాశాఖ కమీషనర్  మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీచేశారు
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం 2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలల్లోని ఒకటి నుంచి పదో తరగతి వరకు చదువుతోన్న అందరు విద్యార్ధులకు సమగ్ర శిక్షా ఆధ్వర్యంలో 'జగనన్న విద్యా కానుక' పేరుతో స్టూడెంట్ కిట్లను సరఫరా చేయాలని నిర్ణయించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
జగనన్న విద్యా కానుక'లో భాగంగా ఒక్కో విద్యార్థికి మూడు జతల యూనిఫాంలు , ఒక సెట్ నోటు పుస్తకాలు, పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలు, ఒక జత బూట్లు, రెండు జతల సాక్సులు, బెల్టు, బ్యాగులను కిట్ రూపంలో అందించవలసి ఉంటుంది.

నోటు పుస్తకాలకు సంబంధించి:

ఇందులో భాగంగా సప్లయిర్స్ నుంచి మండల రిసోర్సు కార్యాలయాలకు నేరుగా సరుకు అందుతుంది. సరుకు లోడు మండలానికి వచ్చే ముందు సప్లయిర్స్ సంబంధిత సీఎంవో , మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారికి ఫోన్ ద్వారా సమాచారం అందిస్తారు.
సప్లయిర్స్ ఇచ్చే చలానాలో సంతకం చేసి కార్యాలయ ముద్ర వేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది . తర్వాత ఆ చలానా రాష్ట్ర కార్యాలయానికి సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
అందుకున్న వివిధ సరుకులకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలను మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు వారి లాగిన్ ద్వారా నమోదు చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.
సప్లయిర్స్ సరఫరా చేసిన సరుకులను భద్రపరచడానికి మండల రిసోర్సు కార్యాలయంలో ఒక వేళ తగినంత స్థలం లేదని భావిస్తే సమీప స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్సులో లేదంటే దగ్గరలోని భద్రతా ప్రమాణాలు కలిగిన ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలలో భద్రపరచాలి.*
కిట్ కు సంబంధించిన వస్తువులు అందినవి అందినట్లు మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు , కమ్యూనిటీ మొబిలైజేషన్ అధికారులు నమోదు చేసిన వివరాలను (ఎన్ని వచ్చాయి ఇంకా ఎన్నిఅందాలి?) ఎప్పటికప్పుడు జిల్లా అధికారులు గమనిస్తూ ఉండాలి.*

బూట్లుకు సంబంధించి:
బూట్లకు సంబంధించిన ప్యాక్ మీద సైజులు, వాటితో పాటు బాలికలకు సంబంధించినవైతే 'G' అని బాలురకు సంబంధించినవైతే 'B' అని ముద్రించి ఉంటుంది.
ఈ ప్యాకులలో మరిన్ని అవసరమైనా, మిగిలినా, తక్కువైనా ఆ వివరాలను లాగిన్లో నమోదు చేయగలరు.

యూనిఫాం సంబంధించి:
యూనిఫాం కు సంబంధించిన ప్యాక్ కవర్ పైన బాలికలకు సంబంధించినవైతే 'G' అని, బాలురకు సంబంధించినవైతే 'B' అని, దీంతోపాటు తరగతి అంకె ముద్రించి ఉంటుంది.
బ్యాగులకు సంబంధించి:
బ్యాగులు మూడు సైజుల్లో ఉంటాయి. బాలికలకు (స్కై బ్లూ), బాలురకు (నేవీ బ్లూ) రంగులో ఉంటాయి.
1 నుంచి 3 వ తరగతికి చిన్న బ్యాగు.
4-6 వ తరగతికి మీడియం సైజు బ్యాగు.
7-10 వ తరగతికి పెద్ద సైజు బ్యాగు అందించబడుతుంది.
బ్యాగులు అందిన తర్వాత ఈ నోటు పుస్తకాలు, పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు తదితర వస్తువులన్నీ సెట్లుగా చేసి బ్యాగులో పెట్టించాలి.
ఇవన్నీ పాఠశాలకు చేరేటప్పుడు ఈ బ్యాగు స్కూల్ కిట్ రూపంలో ఉండాలి.
అవసరం మేరకు కార్యాలయ సిబ్బంది సహాయ సహకారాలు తీసుకోవాలి. (వీలుకాని పక్షంలో అవసరం మేరకు కూలీలను పెట్టుకుని బిల్లు పెట్టుకోవచ్చు.)
ప్రభుత్వం నిర్దేశించిన సమయంలో, నిర్దేశించిన విధంగా విద్యార్ధులకు వెంటనే అందజేయగలిగే విధంగా సన్నద్ధంగా ఉండాలి.
ప్రతి జిల్లాకు రాష్ట్ర కార్యాలయం నుండి ఒక అధికారిని నియమించడం జరుగుతుంది.

Note : ఆరవ తరగతి నుండి నాలుగు రకాల నోటు పుస్తకాలు ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుంది. అయితే ఒక్కో విద్యార్థికి ఒక్కో సెట్ గా తరగతులవారీగా నోటు పుస్తకాలు ఇవ్వాలి . సెట్ల వారీగా 'ల్సిన బాధ్యత సప్లయిరుదే. సెట్లుగా చేసిన తర్వాతే వాటిని లాగిన్లో నమోదు చేయాలి.*

జగనన్న విద్యాకానుక' స్టూడెంట్ కిట్ల పంపిణి వివరాల నమోదు మొత్తం schooledu.ap.gov.in లో గల 'స్టూడెంట్ సర్వీసెస్' విభాగంలో ఇచ్చిన లాగిన్ల సహాయంతో పొందుపరచగలరు వివరాలను
https://cse.ap.gov.in/DSENEW/. https://ssa.ap.gov.in/SSA/ వెబ్ సైట్ల నందు కూడా పొందుపరచవచ్చు.
