From eligible Indian Citizens, applications are invited for appointment as Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre in State Bank of India. They can re-open the saved data using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility will be available three times only. Selection Procedure for SBI Jr Associates
1. The selection process will consist of on-line test (preliminary & main examination) and test of specified opted local language.
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Preliminary Examination (online) consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections
As mentioned above each test will have a separate timing.
For wrong answers there will be negative marks in the Objective tests. 1/4th of mark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
There will be no minimum qualifying marks for individual subject as well as for aggregate (overall) are prescribed.
Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Bank (approximately 10 times the numbers of vacancies. For the Main Examination subject to availability) will be shortlisted from the list of all candidates arranged in descending order of aggregate marks scored.

Eligibility Criteria for fresh engagement (As on 01.06.2022)
i. The officer/employee should have retired from the Bank’s service only on attaining superannuation at the age of 60 years. The officers voluntarily retired/ resigned/ suspended or left the Bank otherwise before superannuation are not eligible for consideration for engagement. However, any officer, who has completed 58 years of age and 30 years of service/pensionable service (both the conditions
need to be satisfied) as on the date of applying for voluntary retirement as per e-Circular Nos. CDO/P&HRD-PM/58/2015-16 dated 07.10.2015 & CDO/P&HRD-PM/12/2017-18 dated 05.05.2017 will be eligible for engagement in the Bank on attaining the age of 60 years.
ii. The engagement shall be up to the maximum age of 65 years, subject to satisfactory performance and renewal of contract. As such,
maximum age as on date of advertisement i.e., on 01.06.2022 should be 63 years for fresh engagement.
iii. Officers/employees should have good track record of performance and thorough knowledge of Bank’s systems and procedures.
iv. Officers/employees should possess appropriate qualification / domain expertise required for the work to be assigned.
v. The integrity of the officer/employee should not have been doubtful during his previous tenure.
vi. No punishment/ penalty (Censure or higher) should have been inflicted on the official during the five years of his service preceding to his/her retirement.
vii. Cases of CBI or other law enforcement agencies should not be pending against the official.
viii. The Retired Officer should maintain good health and not be suffering from any major ailments.
ix. The engagement of retired officers/ employees in the Bank shall be on contract basis and shall not be treated as extension in service for the purpose of pension and other superannuation benefits.
x. Officers of SBI and its e-Associate banks with unblemished service record who retired as MMGS-II / MMGS-III.
xi. During the period of engagement, the retired officers / employees (retirees engaged) will not accept any other assignment with any other organization.
xii. The retired officers/employees will not exercise any administrative/financial power during the period of engagement.
xiii. They will not be eligible for any medical facilities under the contract.
xiv. The retired officers/employees will not accept any assignment with any other organization during the period of their contractual service in the Bank..
xv. Should preferably be a local resident of Jaipur.
xvi. The number of vacancies including reserved vacancies mentioned above are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Bank.
xvii. Candidate belonging to OBC category but coming in the 'creamy layer' are not entitled to OBC reservation. They should indicate their category as 'GENERAL' as applicable.
xviii. Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority on format prescribed by the Government of India will have to be submitted by the SC/STcandidates.
xix. A declaration will have to be submitted in the prescribed format by candidates seeking reservation under OBC category stating that he/she does not belong to the creamy layer as on last date of online registration of application. OBC certificate containing the 'Non-creamy layer' clause, issued during the period 01.04.2022 to the date of interview, should be submitted by such candidates, if called for interview.
xx. Maximum age indicated is for General category candidates. No Relaxation in upper age limit will be available to reserved category candidates.
Selection Process for Fresh Engagement
The selection will be based on shortlisting & interview.
Shortlisting: -Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The
Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Interview: - Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Merit list: - Merit list for final selection will be prepared in descending order of scores obtained in interview only, subject to candidate scoring minimum qualifying marks. In case more than one candidate score common cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked in the merit in
descending order of their age.
For Fresh engagement:
i. The shortlist candidates shall be interviewed by the interview committee and decision of the committee will be final and binding in this regard.
ii. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing in the Interview process.
iii. The selected candidates will be advised to report for duty at AML/CFT cell, Jaipur after submission of stamped undertaking letter and SLA. If not reported within stipulated period, his candidature will be treated as cancelled and no further correspondence will be entertained.
Remuneration
The remuneration will be paid at monthly intervals For Case Manager - A Lumpsum amount of Rs. Rs.37,000/- p.m. after the month end.
a) The above compensation amount is without prejudice to their pension.
b) There will be no provision for house / furniture by the bank nor other benefits / perquisites / a membership in Provident fund / pension fund and gratuity during the contract period and no other claim will be entertained.
c) Income tax will be deducted at source as per the rates mentioned in the extant IT rules as applicable.
CALL LETTER FOR INTERVIEW: Intimation/ call letter for interview will be sent by email or will be uploaded on Bank's website. NO HARD COPY WILL BE SENT.

Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for engagement as apprentices
1. Candidates can apply for engagement in one state only. Candidates can appear for the examination only once under this engagement project.
2. The process of registration is complete only when fee is deposited with the Bank through online mode on or before the last date for payment of fees.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION as on 31.10.2020:
Graduation from a recognised University/ Institute.
DURATION OF TRAINING:
Duration of the training will be one year.
STIPEND/ BENEFIT:The apprentices are eligible for stipend of Rs.15000/- per month for the engagement period of one year. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection for engagement of apprentices would be based on the basis of (i) online written test and (ii) test of local language.
i. Online written test:
The structure of online written examination (online objective type) would be as follows.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- The Candidate should NOT have undergone Apprenticeship either in SBI or in any other organisation earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the apprenticeship Act 1961 as amended.
- Candidates who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after the attainment of the educational qualifications, shall NOT be eligible for being engaged as Apprentices.
- SBI shall have no obligation to offer regular employment to Apprentices during and/or after the completion of the apprenticeship period. After completion of Apprenticeship period, candidates will be relieved from the respective work area.
- The decision of the Bank will be final and binding on all candidates on all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process either in part or full etc. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Filling up of the seats is solely at the discretion of the Bank based on suitability of candidates and no claim will arise for engagement, if some of these seats are not filled due to unsuitability / insufficient number of candidates.
- Online applications which are incomplete shall not be considered as “Eligible” and treated as “Rejected”.
- Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for engagement in apprentice. The Bank would admit to the test all the candidates applying for the apprentice on the basis of the information furnished in the online application and shall determine their eligibility only at the time of document verification. Admission to tests will be purely provisional without verification of age/qualification/category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ PWD), etc. of the candidates with reference to documents.
- Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply online well before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to log on to the website on account of heavy load on internet or website jam.
- SBI does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of SBI.
- Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/ intimation charge paid for other registration will stand forfeited. Multiple attendance/appearance by a candidate in examination will be summarily rejected/candidature cancelled.
- The possibility for occurrence of some problems in the administration of the examination in view of COVID-19 situation and otherwise cannot be ruled out completely, which may impact test delivery and/or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem, which may include the conduct of another examination if considered necessary.
- Candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated online application form after submitting the application.
- Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority on format prescribed by the Government of India will have to be submitted by the SC/ST candidates, at the time of engagement, if called for.
- A declaration will have to be submitted in the prescribed format by candidates seeking reservation under OBC category stating that he/ she does not belong to the creamy layer as on last date of registration. OBC certificate containing the 'Non-creamy layer' clause, issued during theperiod 01.04.2020 to the date of engagement as apprentice, if found suitable for, will have to be submitted at the time of engagement.
- Benefit of reservation under EWS category can be availed upon production of an ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by a Competent Authority on the format prescribed by Government of India.PWD candidates should produce disability certificate, on prescribed format issued by a competent authority as per the Government of India Guidelines.
- Candidates are advised to keep their registered e-mail ID/mobile active for receiving advices, viz. call letters/advices etc.
- Engagement of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank and such engagement will also be subject to all relevant rules/policies/guidelines of the Bank.
- Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Mumbai and courts/tribunals/forums at Mumbai only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any cause/dispute.
- The candidates will have to appear for the tests at their own cost.
- Engagement of selected apprentices is subject to his/her satisfactory completion of KYE formalities.
- No change of data after submission of final online submission of application is allowed.
- All candidates (except those belonging to North Eastern states where an alternate ID proof will do) should produce Aadhaar number before engagement, i.e. contract signing for doing apprenticeship training.

- After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, candidates are required to pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, following the instructions available on the screen.

- On successful completion of transaction, e-receipt and application form with fee details will be generated, which may be printed for record.
