Latest Update as on 10.10.2020........The Andhra Pradesh Government has given good news to teachers. Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy Garu has approved the transfer of teachers. He signed the Teachers Transfers file on Saturday. Government sources given orders on the issue of transfers and will be definitely would be issued in two to three days. All the teachers who have completed two years by 29.02.2020 are known to be eligible for Teachers Transfers The program of Teachers Transfers 2020 will be undertaken through web counseling. The teacher unions are happy that the Government has taken a great decision and given the green signal for Teacher Transfers.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh , School Education Department has decided to conduct Rationalization along with the AP Teachers Transfers . To conduct Transfers Rationalization plays a very important role .Therefore for the purpose to discuss about the AP Teachers Norms Guidelines as per the School Strength Pupil Teacher Ratio ,CSE AP has conducted a Video Conference with all the DEOs of Andhra Pradesh State .Here in this page you all will the information about the Teachers Rationalization done according to Staff Pattern Proposed for Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools . AP Teachers Rationalisation Norms Staff Pattern
AP School Education Department released Rationalisation Norms related to AP teachers Transfers.They brought a lot of differences in present norms when compared to previous years given norms. Now let us know how these changed norms are beneficial to teachers or not.And let us also know about the released new norms and guidelines.According to Right to Education Teachers Rationalisation is being done. For this Teachers Rationalisation Process 29th February 2020 is being taken as the cut off date. Depending on the School U-Dise Students enrollment this Teachers Rationalisation Process is being conducted.Now let us go through the Guidelines related to Teachers Rationalisation Process. Previously there was a single SGT where the students enrolment is less than 20 or 20. But now if the students enrolment between 1 to 60 there must be 2 SGTs . That means there will be no single teacher school left in the state of AP,This decision is seriously taken by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. And, previously if the students enrollment is between 61 to 80 there used to be 3 SGTs but now in this new norms if the students enrollment is increased to 61-90 for 3 SGTs. and so on ..the remaining information will be shown in the below given tabular columns .
