Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India  Limited(SPMCIL) Organisation has released an official notification to fill up the vacancy posts like Junior Assistant Posts(JOA) and Supervisor post.
The candidates belonging to AP and TS can apply for this post. Male and female candidates both are eligible for this post. The online applications start from 03-07-2020 and the last date of submission of online application is 31-07-2020. For this post, two tests are to be attempted. One is Online test and the other is skill test. Online test is conducted in the month of August/September and skill test is conducted in the month of October/November.

Post Wise Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: a candidate must be either:-
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of
permanently settling in India, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African
countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia
and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
f) Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose
favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
h) A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the
examination, but the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate is issued to him/her by the Government of India.

Important Dates

Steps To Apply Online

  1. Candidates satisfying the conditions of eligibility as on the last date of the advertisement/notification are first required to visit the URL “Recruitment for the post of “Junioroffice Assistant & Supervisor(OL)” on IGMH's website i.e. >careers >Recruitment to the post of Jr. Office Assistant & Supervisor(OL) and click on the hyperlink “Online Application Form” in the advertisement page for filling the ‘Online Application’. It redirects the candidates to the online registration page.
  2. Candidates will have to enter their basic details and upload the photograph, signature, left thumb impression and a hand-written declaration in the online application form as per the specifications given.
  3. To register application, choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. 
  4. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing "SAVE AND NEXT" tab. Prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.
  5. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
  6. The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Photo identity proof / Certificates/ Mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
  7. Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the 'Validate your details' and 'Save & Next' button.
  8. Candidates can proceed to upload Photo, Signature, left thumb impression and a hand-written declaration as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Documents as given in item (D) below.
  9. Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.
  10. Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT.
  11. Modify details, if required, and click on 'FINAL SUBMIT' ONLY after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded, and other details filled by you are correct.
  12. Click on 'Payment' Tab and proceed for payment.
  13. Click on 'Submit' button.
  14. Candidates shall be solely responsible for filling up the online applications correctly. In case of invalid applications due to errors committed by the applicant no claims for refund of application fees/intimation charges so collected shall be entertained by the IGMH.
  15. To avoid last minute rush, candidates are advised to pay the application fees/ intimation charges and register online at the earliest.
  16. IGMH does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last day on account of aforesaid reasons or any other reason.
