RECRUITMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR
WEALTH MANAGEMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN BANK OF BARODA

BOB Recruitment 2021: Bank of Baroda, One of India’s Largest Bank is looking for qualified and experienced Wealth Management Professionals to strengthen its Wealth Management Services. Bank of Baroda has released official notification to recruit the following wealth management services on contract basis. Candidates those who are interested and eligible can apply for BOB Recruitment through online mode from 09.04.2021 on its website i.e. bankofbaroda.in. The last date for Registration is on 29.04.2021. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility.

BOB Educational Qualifications:
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE 
Desirable qualification/certification :
 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Management
 Regulatory certifications e.g. NISM/IRDA

BOB Age Limit:
1). For Sr. Relationship Managers : Minimum age is 24 Years and Maximum age is 35 Years
2). For e – Wealth Relationship Managers : Minimum age is 23 Years and Maximum age is 35 Years
3). For Territory Head :  Minimum age is : 27 Years and Maximum age is : 40 Years
4). For Group Head : Minimum age is 31 Years and Maximum age is 45 Years
5). For Product Head – Investment & Research : Minimum age is 28 Years and 4). Maximum age is 45 Years
6). For Head – Operations & Technology : Minimum age is 31 Years and Maximum age is 45 Years
7). For Digital Sales Manager : Minimum age is 26 Years and Maximum age is 40 Years
8). For IT Functional Analyst – Manager :  Minimum age is 26 Years and Maximum age is 35 Years

PAYMENT OF FEES:
For General and OBC CandidatesApplication fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) Rs. 600/- (plus applicable GST &transaction charges) 
For SC/ ST/PWD/Women Candidates Rs. 100/- (Intimation charges only – Non Refundable)  (plus applicable GST & transaction charges).

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Selection of the candidates will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method.

HOW TO APPLY:
Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and Contact Number. It should be kept active till completion of this recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for GD and/or interview and/or Selection Process on the registered Email ID. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online.

i.)  Candidates should visit Bank’s website www.bankofbaroda.co.in/Careers.htm and register themselves online in the appropriate Online Application Format, available through the link being enabled on the Career Page -> Current Opportunities on the Bank’s website & pay the application fee using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking etc.
