National Initiative for School Heads and Teachers Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA) MHRD, NCERT Teacher Training Guidelines-Schedule. Teacher Training Progrmme will be initiated by Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) and National Council for Education Research and Training (NCERT) through Integrated Teacher Training Programme for Improving the Quality of School Education. Here are the Guidelines for NISHTA Programme in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This is the largest teachers’ training programme of its kind in the world. The basic objective of this massive training programme ‘NISHTHA’ is to motivate and equip teachers to encourage and foster critical thinking in students.

NISHTHA 2.0( Online Training) for Secondary School Teachers & Heads (HMS/ Principals/SOs/ SAs, LPs, PETs, PDs, CRTs, TGTs, PGTs, of UP/HS ( Govt., LB, Aided, Welfare Schools, KGBV, TSMS )

*1. ప్రారంభ తేది : 01.08.2021 (on DIKSHA Portal) (Web: diksha.gov.in/telangana)*
*2. మొత్తం మాడ్యూళ్ళ సంఖ్య : 12+1 (12 Common for All, 1 Subject Specific)*
*3. కాలపరిమితి : 01-08-2021 to 31-12-2021*
*4. ఒక నెలలో విధిగా పూర్తి చేయవలసిన మాడ్యూళ్ళ సంఖ్య : 03( ఏ నెల మాడ్యూళ్ళు ఆ నెలలోనే పూర్తి చేయాలి)*
*5. ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు తన వివరాలు DIKSHA Portal నందు విధిగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోవాలి. ఇందుకు మెయిల్ ఐడి) & ఫోన్ నెంబర్ తప్పని సరి. Username & Password విధిగా గుర్తు పెట్టుకోవాలి.*
*6. ప్రతి మాడ్యూళ్ నందు కనీసం 70% మార్కులతో ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించవలెను.( గరిష్ట ప్రయత్నాలు 3 మాత్రమే.)*
*7. ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు తప్పని సరిగా ( Mandatory) NISHTHA 2.0 శిక్షణను పూర్తిచేసుకొని ఉత్తీర్ణత పత్రము (Certificate) పొందవలెను.*
*8. అందరూ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు Common Modules తో పాటు SA cadre లోని subject ను పూర్తిచేయవలెను*.

Andhra Pradesh Teachers who teachers from 1st to 8th classes through Deeksha App have to participate in Nishtha Training which is going to be conducted from 06.10.2020 . For this purpose each and every teacher who is undergoing Nishtha Training has to download the initiation app and should have an account in their name . It is very important to remember the Username and Password. If you remember the username and password then next time onwards just need to login thats all. This training will be on 18 Topics. Each topic contains one module . There will be be trainin on each module for 5 days, ie suppose if the first module is from 6th october to 9th october then the training on second module will be from 10th to 14th october. Therefore it is clear that 5 days are allocated for each module and the toral training lasts for about 3 months
Process of NISHTHA Training for 5 Days
Day 1: Module study/watching relatd videos
Day 2: Live class on Youtube from 6pm to 7pm
Day 3: Module Studey/Watching Related videos.
Day4 : Preparation and cubmission on chosen work
Day 5: Submission of Assessment prepared by the participants
