Institute of Banking Personel Selection Recruitment 2020-21:  IBPS has released the Advertisement Notification for 1557 vacancies of Clerks in the public Sector banks under the CRP CLERKS-X. People interested in working as Officers and Clerks in these, have to sit for the Common Written Examination (CWE),organized by IBPS. It was started with a mission of enhancing human resource development through personnel assessment. Interested and eligible candidates may apply through online on or before 23.09.2020.

The Governing Board is responsible for the policies and affairs of the Institute. This Board consists of nominees from Reserve Bank of India, National Institute of Bank Management and representatives from Insurance sector and academics, among others.

Educational Qualifications :
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online. 

Age Limit (As on 01.09.2020)
Minimum age is : 20 years
Maximum age is : 28 years. i.e, A candidate must have been born nor earlier than 02.09.1992 and not later than 01.09.2000 (both dates inclusive)
Relaxation of Upper age Limit:
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe - 5 years.
Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) - 3 years.

How to Apply Online for IBPS  Clerks :
  1. Candidates Visit the official website of IBPS.
  2. Click On the Link 'New Registration'.
  3. Enter your name, phone number, email id and security code.
  4. Upon successful registration, a provisional registration number and password will be generated.
  5. Then Upload scanned images of photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
  6. Fill basic details, educational qualification & experience and preferences.
  7. Pay the application fees which is Rs 850 General and OBC while it is Rs 175 for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
  8. Finally take a printout of application form and fee receipt for future reference.

The online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common  Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre Posts in the Participating Organisations is tentatively scheduled in December 2020 & January 2021.

  4. Download of call letters for Pre- Exam Training :  17.11.2020 onwards
  5. Conduct of Pre-Exam Training : 23.11.2020 to 28.11.2020
  6. Download of call letters for Online examination – Preliminary  : 18.11.2020
  7. Online Examination – Preliminary : 05.12.2020, 12.12.2020 and 13.12.2020
  8. Result of Online exam – Preliminary :  31.12.2020
  9. Download of Call letter for Online exam – Main :  12.01.2021
  10. Online Examination – Main :  24.01.2021
  11. Provisional Allotment  : 01.04.2021
Important Note:
Candidates have to produce, in original, the same photo identity proof of bearing the name as it appears on the online application form/call letter submit photocopy of the photo identity proof along with examination call 
letter as well as the interview call letter while attending the examination, interview respectively, without which they will not allowed to take up the examination/interview.
