Many courses are included in the Jagananna Vidya deevena scheme so that all of the students from all of the fields are included in the scheme:-

Incentives In The Scheme
As mentioned above, many incentives are provided to all of the beneficiaries who enrolled themselves in the Jagananna Vidya Deevena scheme as announced by the Chief
Minister of Andhra Pradesh state. The complete list of incentives which will you provided to all of the beneficiaries is given below
Tuition fee plus hostel fee for the students who are pursuing the following courses-
Degree
Engineering etc.
The students will be given Rs 20,000/- per year.
Students studying from Welfare hostels will be exempted from mess charges.
Money incentives are as follows-
Rs 15,000 for Polytechnic students
Rs 10,000 for ITI Students
Rs 20,000 for Graduate Degree and other courses.
Eligibility Criteria
If you want to enroll yourself under the Jagananna Vidya deevena scheme then you can follow the following eligibility criteria given below:-
Government job employees are not eligible for the scheme.
If anyone in the family is availing pension then he or she is not eligible for the scheme.
Sanctuary workers are exempted from the scheme.
The students pursuing the following courses are eligible-
Polytechnic
ITI
Degree
The students must be enrolled in the following institution-
Government or Government Aided
Private Colleges affiliated to State Universities/ Boards.
The family’s annual income should be less than Rs 2.5 Lakh per anum.
Beneficiaries should only have the wetland below 10 acres/ agricultural land below 25 acres/ or wetland and agricultural land under 25 acres.
The beneficiaries should not own any four-wheelers (Car, Taxi, Auto, etc).

జగనన్న విద్యా దీవెన’
పూర్తి ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ అర్హులైన విద్యార్థులందరికీ పథకం వర్తింపు
రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా చేపట్టిన ‘జగనన్న విద్యా దీవెన’ పథకం అమలుకు సంబంధించి ఉన్నత విద్యాశాఖ సోమవారం మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీ చేసింది. ఈమేరకు ఉన్నత విద్యాశాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి సతీష్‌చంద్ర జీవో 14 విడుదల చేశారు. ‘నవరత్నాలు’ అమలులో భాగంగా విద్యార్థులకు పూర్తి ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ కోసం ‘జగనన్న విద్యా దీవెన’ పథకాన్ని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. అర్హులైన విద్యార్థులందరికీ ఈ పథకం ద్వారా లబ్ధి చేకూరనుంది.
2. ప్రభుత్వం నిర్దేశించిన ఫీజులకు భిన్నంగా ఇతర ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయరాదు. విద్యాసంస్థ నిర్వహణలో మిగులు లాభాన్ని తన సొంతానికి కాకుండా తిరిగి సంస్థ కోసం వెచ్చించాలి. ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ నిధులు రాలేదనే సాకుతో విద్యార్థుల సర్టిఫికెట్లను నిలిపివేయరాదు.
3. యూజీసీ, ఏఐసీటీఈ, పీసీఐ, ఏపీఎస్‌సీహెచ్‌ఈ లాంటి నియంత్రణ సంస్థల ఆదేశాలను పాటించాలి. ఆన్‌లైన్‌ అఫ్లియేషన్, అడ్మిషన్ల ప్రక్రియను చేపట్టాలి. విద్యార్థులవారీగా అకడమిక్‌ పెర్ఫార్మెన్సు తదితర రికార్డులను సంబంధిత విభాగాలకు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో అప్‌లోడ్‌ చేయాలి.
4. విద్యార్థులు, బోధన, బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది హాజరును తప్పనిసరిగా ఆధార్‌ అనుసంధానిత బయోమెట్రిక్‌ హాజరు ద్వారా నమోదు చేయాలి. 75 శాతం కన్నా హాజరు తగ్గితే ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ వర్తించదు.
5. సెక్యూరిటీ, డేటా గోప్యత ప్రోటోకాల్‌ను పాటించాలి. ప్రభుత్వం, సంబంధిత రెగ్యులేటరీ సంస్థలు అనుమతించే కోర్సులతోపాటు ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌కు నిర్దేశించిన కోర్సులను మాత్రమే నిర్వహిస్తూ ఉండాలి.
6. మార్గదర్శకాలు పాటించకుండా నిబంధనలు ఉల్లంఘించే సంస్థలు, యాజమాన్యాలపై ప్రభుత్వం విచారణ జరిపి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటుంది. ఆ కాలేజీలను ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ పథకం నుంచి తప్పిస్తారు.
7. ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌కు నిర్దేశించిన ఆదాయ పరిమితి ప్రకారం గుర్తింపు కలిగిన సంస్థలకు ఈ పథకం వర్తిస్తుంది. డీమ్డ్‌ వర్సిటీలు, ప్రైవేట్‌ వర్సిటీలకు ఈ పథకం వర్తించదు. దూర విద్య, కరస్పాండెన్స్‌ కోర్సులు చదివే విద్యార్థులు, మేనేజ్‌మెంట్, ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ఐ కోటా విద్యార్థులకు ఈ స్కీము వర్తించదు. సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ శాఖ ఈ పథకానికి నోడల్‌ విభాగంగా పనిచేస్తుంది.

పూర్తి ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ అర్హులైన విద్యార్థులందరికీ పథకం వర్తింపు

*జగనన్న విద్యా దీవెన’ మార్గదర్శకాలు ఇవీ..*
1. ఫీజులపై రాష్ట్ర ఉన్నత విద్య పర్యవేక్షణ, నియంత్రణ కమిషన్‌ నోటిఫికేషన్‌కు కాలేజీలు అంగీకరించి ఉండాలి. క్యాపిటేషన్‌ ఫీజు తదితర అనధికారిక ఫీజులు (డొనేషన్లు లాంటివి) వసూలు చేయరాదు.2. ప్రభుత్వం నిర్దేశించిన ఫీజులకు భిన్నంగా ఇతర ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయరాదు. విద్యాసంస్థ నిర్వహణలో మిగులు లాభాన్ని తన సొంతానికి కాకుండా తిరిగి సంస్థ కోసం వెచ్చించాలి. ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ నిధులు రాలేదనే సాకుతో విద్యార్థుల సర్టిఫికెట్లను నిలిపివేయరాదు.
