Know About Voter Helpline App
The ICT division of Election Commission of India has undertaken a new initiative by designing a mobile application for developing a culture of avid electoral engagement and making informed and ethical ballot decisions among citizens of the country. The application was first launched on 30th August 2018 and was brought to major use using Lok Sabha Elections of 2019
This app will allow users to easily find the information they are looking for. Citizens can browse the app based on their own interests and learn more about the Election Process in a more engaging way.
The Election Commission of India has significantly modernized this Citizen interface to accommodate a growing user-base, as the Election Commission of India continues to branch out into new technology areas and caters for massive information dissemination requirements for its 87.5 Crore Electors during the General Elections.
Features:
- Electoral Search by Details or by using EPIC Number
- Register to Vote for New Voter Registration
- Apply for new voter ID card/due to shifting from AC, Transposition within the assembly, Deletion/objection in the electoral roll, Correction of entries in the electoral roll, Apply online for registration of overseas voters.
- All types of NVSP Forms Submission, notification and status updates will be available in a few clicks only.
- Tags based frequently asked questions (FAQs) for a better understanding of the Electoral Process. Tags categories include: When, Who, Why, Where, What, How
- Access to Articles/Galleries published on the website of ECI and SVEEP.
- News, Press Releases from Election Commission of India.
- Registration of any Complaint
- Search your Name by in Electoral Roll by EPIC Number or Barcode of EPIC Card.

ఇక రెండ్రోజులే..!
సంఘం ప్రకటించిన షెడ్యూల్‌ ప్రకారం కొత్త ఓటర్ల నమోదు, సవరణలకు జనవరి 22 ఆఖరు తేదీ.
ఓటు నమోదు ఇలా..
2020 జనవరి ఒకటో తేదీ నాటికి 18 సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న యువత తమ పేరును ఓటరు జాబితాలో నమోదు కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఇందకు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లోనూ, నేరుగా తహసీల్దారు, బీఎల్వోల వద్ద ఫారం-6లో దరఖాస్తు చేయవచ్చు. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో సీఈవో ఆంధ్ర వెబ్‌సైట్‌లోనూ, www.nvsp.in లో ఫారం-6ని పూర్తి చేయడం ద్వారా ఓటుహక్కు పొందవచ్చు. ఇందుకు వయస్సు ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రంతో పాటు, ఫొటోలు అప్‌లోడ్‌ చేయాలి.
- ఫారం-6ఏలో ప్రవాస భారతీయులు ఓటుహక్కు కోసం నమోదు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
- ఫారం-7
దరఖాస్తుతో ఓటరు జాబితాలో పేరు తొలగించేందుకు ఆక్షేపణ చేయవచ్చు.
- ఫారం-8
ద్వారా ఓటరు జాబితాలో పేరు, చిరునామాలో తప్పులు ఉంటే
సవరించుకోవచ్చు.
- ఫారం-8ఏ దరఖాస్తు ద్వారా నియోజకవర్గ పరిధిలో ఒక పోలింగ్‌ కేంద్రం నుంచి మరో పోలింగ్‌ కేంద్ర పరిధిలోకి ఓటు హక్కును మార్చుకోవచ్చు.
ఫిబ్రవరి 14న ఫొటో ఓటర్ల తుది జాబితా..
ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఇప్పటికే ప్రకటించిన షెడ్యూల్‌ ప్రకారం ఓటర్ల నమోదు, సవరణల కోసం డిసెంబరు 23నుంచి దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరిస్తున్నారు. ఈ నెల 22వరకు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో, పోలింగ్‌ కేంద్రాలు, తహసీల్దారు కార్యాలయాల్లో దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరిస్తారు. అందిన దరఖాస్తులను ఫిబ్రవరి మూడో తేదీ లోపు క్షేత్రస్థాయి పరిశీలన ద్వారా పరిష్కరించనున్నారు. ఫిబ్రవరి 14న ఫొటో ఓటర్ల తుది జాబితాను సిద్ధం చేసి విడుదల చేయనున్నారు. త్వరలో నిర్వహించనున్న స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికలు ఈ తుది జాబితా ఆధారంగానే జరగనున్నాయి. స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికల్లో ఓటుహక్కు వినియోగించు కోవాలనే యువత వెంటనే తమ ఓటుహక్కును నమోదు చేసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది.
