- Benifshiery or Mother should have Aadhaar Card.

*ఒక తల్లికి ఎందరు (6 నుండి 17 సంవత్సరాలు వయస్సు) పిల్లలు ఉన్నా (1 నుండి ఇంటర్మీడియట్ వరకు చదువుతున్న వారిలో), చివరి బిడ్డకు మాత్రమే అమ్మవడి వర్తిస్తుంది.*
*మీ బిడ్డలు చదువుతున్న వివరాలు, రేషన్ కార్డు, తల్లి / గార్డియన్ ప్రకారం, బ్యాంకు అకౌంటు వివరాలతో కూడిన లిష్టు మీ వార్డు వాలంటీరు వద్ద సరిచూసుకోవలెను.*
ఏవైనా వివరాలు తప్పుగా ఉంటే, తగిన ఆధారాలను Xerox కాపీలను వాలంటీరుకు తప్పక ఇవ్వాలి.

1.అమ్మ ఒడి పథకం జనవరి 9,2020 న మన CM గారు ప్రారంభిస్తున్నారు. అదే రోజు తల్లుల బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాల్లో జమగును.*
2.ఇందుకు కావాల్సిన పత్రాలు*
*తల్లి ఆధార్ కార్డు*
*బ్యాంక్ ఖాతా*
*IFSC code*
3. *పిల్లలు చేరిన నాటినుండి 31.12.2019 నాటికి హాజరు 75% ఉండాలి. (CSWN వారికి ఇది వర్తించదు)*
4. ఒకవేళ 75% హాజరులేనిచో ఆ పిల్లల తల్లిదండ్రులకు, PMC సభ్యులకు సమాచారం ఇవ్వాలి. అలా హాజరు లేనిచో డబ్బులు మంజూరు కావని తెలపాలి*
5. ఏపిల్లవానికైనా రేషన్ కార్డులేకపోతే 6 steps proform పూర్తి చేసి HM కు ఇచ్చినచో దాన్ని గ్రామ వాలంటీర్ సర్వే చేసి BPL కుటుంబమని నిర్ధారణ చేస్తారు.*
6 *పాఠశాలల్లో భౌతికంగా లేకుండా child info లో పేరు ఉంటే వెంటనే వారి పేర్లను drop box లో చేర్చాలి.*
7. *బడికి వస్తూ ఇంకా చైల్డ్ info లో పేర్లు లేకపోతే నవంబర్ 17,18,19, తేదీల లోపల update చేయించాలి.19 వతేది సాయంత్రం site మూసివేయబడును.*
8. *20 వ తేదీనుండి ap Cfms site కు పిల్లల data మొత్తం బదిలీ అవుతుంది.*
9. *consolidated data site నుండి సేకరించి 25 నుండి 30 మధ్యలో గ్రామ వాలంటీర్లు గ్రామ సచివాలయంలో ప్రదర్శిస్తారు.*
10. *డిసెంబర్ 1 న provisional list తయారుచేసి, దాని ప్రకారమే "అమ్మ ఒడి" డబ్బులు బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేయబడతాయి.*
పైన తెలిపిన యావత్తు* *కార్యక్రమం* *HMs పర్యవేక్షణలోPMC సభ్యులు, గ్రామవాలంటీర్ లతో కలసి నిర్వహించాలి. అర్హతలు కలిగిన పిల్లలు ఎవరూ అమ్మ ఒడి పథకం కోల్పోకూడదు అని తెలిపారు.*
ఇది CM గారు ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తీసుకున్న పథకం.*
కాబట్టి అందరూ HMs, ఉపాధ్యాయులు సమిష్టిగా కార్యక్రమాన్ని విజయవంతం చేయాలని కోరడమైనది.*

అనగా విద్యార్థి పేరు రేషన్ కార్డ్ లో లేకపోతే,అడ్రస్ వద్ద Present అడ్రస్ ఇవ్వాలా లేక ఆధార్ అడ్రస్ ఇవ్వాలా,పింక్ కార్డ్ ఉంటే, ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల పిల్లల వివరాలు ఎక్కించాలా,ఒక తల్లికి ఇద్దరు పిల్లలు ఉంటే ఇద్దరివి ఎక్కించాలా వంటి వాటికి సమాధానాల కొరకు క్రింది వీడియో లింక్ ను క్లిక్ చేయండి, ఈ వీడియోలో Password మరచిపోతే ఎలా Reset చేపించుకోవాలో కూడా తెలియజేయడం జరిగింది
