Group of Ministers – Constitution of Group of Ministers to evolve new policy for providing of House sites to Advocates, Priests, Imams, Pastors, Government Employees, Homeless poor people and Journalists – Orders – Issued
అమరావతి: రాష్ట్రంలో వివిధ వర్గాలకి ఇళ్ల స్థలా లు కేటాయించేందుకు నలుగురు మంత్రులతో మం త్రివర్గ ఉపసంఘం(జీవోఎం) ఏర్పాటైంది. పేదలు, అర్చకులు, ఇమామ్‌లు, పాస్టర్లు, హైకోర్టు అడ్వకేట్లు, ప్రభుత్వోద్యోగులు, జర్నలిస్టులకు ఇళ్ల స్థలాల కేటాయింపునకు విధానాలు రూపొందించేందుకు జీవోఎంను ఏర్పాటుచేస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం బుధవారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. దీనికి రెవెన్యూ మంత్రి చైర్మన్‌గా, పట్టణాభివృద్ధి, ఆర్థిక, సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ శాఖల మంత్రులను సభ్యులుగా నియమించారు. జిల్లాలు, జోన్లు, మల్టీజోన్‌, రాష్ట్రస్థాయిలో పనిచేస్తున్న ప్రభుత్వోద్యోగులకు వారి కేడర్‌ ఆధారంగా ఎంత విస్తీర్ణం, ఎంత ధరకు కేటాయించాలో జీవోఎం నిర్ణయించనుంది. హైకోర్టు అడ్వకేట్లకు వారి అనుభవం, కేడర్‌, బార్‌ కౌన్సిల్‌ రిజిస్ర్టేషన్‌ ఆధారంగా, జర్నలిస్టులకు అక్రెడిటేషన్‌ ఆధారంగా కేటాయించనున్నారు. ప్రభు త్వ భూమి అందుబాటులో ఉందా, కొనుగోలు చే యాలా అనే అంశాలను ఖరారు చేయనుంది.
Terms of References (ToR) For Government Employees :
- Cadre wise extent of land to be allotted to the employees working in District / Zone / Multi Zone / State Levels.
- Whether the allotment of House sites is on Market value or free of cost or concessional rate in case of available Government land.
- Whether the land should be acquired or not where theGovernment land is not available.
- Criteria of location of land to be allotted to employees who are working at Divisional Level / Mandal Level / Village Level in all cadres.
- Whether the allotment of House sites is individual or Group /Society.
- Other modalities to be followed in allotment of House sites to the Government Employees.
