AP Grama Sachivalayam Recruitment for Village Fisheries Assistants Posts
Applications are invited online for recruitment to the post of Village Fisheries Assistants (794 posts) in A.P. Fisheries Subordinate Service from eligible candidates within the age group of 18 to 42 years as on 01.07.2019. The Village Fisheries Assistant post carries the pay scale of Rs.14,600-44,870 in RPS 2015.
Note:- The candidates on selection and appointment will be paid Rs. 15,000/- PM as consolidated pay for a period of 2 years. They will be given regular scale of pay after satisfactory completion of 2 years probation .The selected candidates on appointment will be deployed to work in the Village Secretariats established in the Grama Panchayats as per G.O.Ms.No. 110, Panchayati Raj and Rural Development (MDL-1) department dated, 19.07.2019. The proforma application will be available on the Website (https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in) from 27.07.2019 to 10.08.2019
(Note:10/08/2019 is the last date for payment of fee upto 11:59 midnight.
Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Website viz., https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a user ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile
number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR user ID through the above said website.
The Written Examination is likely to be held on 1st September 2019. There would be objective type questions which are to be answered on offline mode using OMR sheet. Instructions on written examination are given in below.

ELIGIBILITY: CRITERIA:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate should possess the academic qualifications and experience including practical experience prescribed, if any, for the post on the date of the notification.
Essential Educational Qualifications
The Candidate Must have passed Fisheries Polytechnic Diploma from any recognized university/Technical Board (or) Intermediate with Biology or Vocational Course in Fisheries/Aquaculture from any recognized board (or) B.F.Sc. (4 Years) Degree from any recognized university/ (or) B.Sc., (Fisheries)/ B.Sc.,(Aquaculture)/ B.Sc.,(Zoology) from any recognized University.
SYLLABUS FOR EXAMINATION TO THE POST VILLAGE FISHERIES ASISSTANT
IN A.P. FISHERIES SUBORDINATE SERVICE
GENERAL STUDIES AND MENTAL ABILITY
1. General Mental ability and reasoning.
2. Quantitative aptitude including data interpretation.
3. General English.
4. Current affairs of regional, national and International importance.
5. General Science and its applications to the day to day life, Contemporary
development in science and Technology and information Technology.
6. History & Culture of India with specific focus on AP.
7. Indian polity and governance: constitutional issues, 73/74th Amendments,
public policy, reforms ad centre – state relations with specific reference to
Andhra Pradesh.
8. Society, Social justice, rights issues.
9. Physical geography of Indian sub-continent and Andhra Pradesh.
10.Key welfare & development schemes of Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Application Fee Details:
Applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards application processing fee and Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards examination fee.
(i) The candidate applying as non local candidate in addition to his/her local district will be charged an additional fee of Rs. 100/- per district (Maximum of 3 districts).However, the categories of SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men.
Candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) and additional fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees hundred only) per district (maximum of three districts) only.
