- The candidate should be between 20 to 25 years

Selection Process:
- The Selection will be done through an online test and interview round
- The chosen candidates must complete a one-year probationary period that will be broken up into 3 phases: 6 months of classroom instructions at the designated campus, 2 months of On Job Training (OJT) in IDBI Bank's branches, offices and centres.
- The qualified applicants will be hired for Junior Assistant Manager Grade "O" positions with a competitive pay after the probationary period.
