What are the Documents to be uploaded:

1. Upload the candidate's passport-size color photograph (size less than 50 KB) and signature in English in black ink (size less than 50 KB) in.jpg format.

2. Candidates who passed ITI in 2019 and before to the year 2019 must provide an affidavit in PDF format (lass than 1 MB in size). The submitted affidavit must be sworn in front of a Magistrate or Notary Public on non judicial stamp paper to the effect that they have not previously received apprenticeship training or obtained work anywhere.
