How to Know the list of Mandals and Villages Names in a District
జీవో నెంబర్ 317 ప్రకారం ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులను కేటాయించే విధానం విధివిధానాలు
➡️ఉద్యోగుల ఆప్షన్ ఫామ్ లను సీనియారిటీ ప్రకారం పరిశీలించడం జరుగుతుంది.*
➡️ తర్వాత జిల్లాలలో ఉన్న సీనియారిటీ లిస్ట్ ప్రకారం వారు ఇచ్చిన మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత జిల్లాను వారికి కేటాయిస్తారు.*
➡️ ఆ సీనియారిటీ లిస్టు లో మొదటగా preferncial category లో వున్న వారికి మొదటి ప్రాధన్యత ప్రకారం సీనియారిటీ తో సంబంధం లేకుండా మొదట వారికే కేటాయిస్తారు.(ఉదా:70% వికలాంగుల కలిగిన ఒక ఉద్యోగి sl.no.640, వీరిని మొదట sl.no 1 లో జిల్లాకుకేటాయిస్తారు.అదే విధంగా దీర్ఘవ్యాధిగ్రస్తున్ని తర్వాత ప్రాధాన్యత, ఆరోగ్యం బాగా లేని పిల్లల ఉద్యోగులను తర్వాత ప్రాధాన్యత, వితంతువును తర్వాత ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుంది..ఆ తర్వాతే sl.no 1 లో వున్న వారిని తర్వాత వారి ఆప్షన్ ప్రకారం జిల్లాను కేటాయిస్తారు.)*
➡️ ఆ తరవాత జిల్లా working cadre strength ప్రకారం sc,st లను వారి నిష్పత్తి ప్రకారం కేటాయింపు జరుగుతుంది.(ఉదా: రాజేందర్ అనే ఒక ఉపాధ్యాయుడు SA (ps) గా ఉమ్మడి rangareddy జిల్లా సీనియారిటీ 660 మందిలో sl.no.630 గా వుంది.. మొత్తం ST ఉపాద్యాయులు 19 మంది వున్నారు. మేడ్చల్ జిల్లా working cadre strength 192 గా కేటాయించి విభజించారు..ఆ జిల్లాలో ST ఉపాధ్యాయుల నిష్పత్తి కింది విధంగా చేస్తారు.*
➡️19÷660×100=2.87% అగును... మేడ్చల్ జిల్లాలో 192 working cadre strength వున్నది.. అందులో ST ఉపాధ్యాయ నిష్పత్తి 192×2.87%=5.52 అగును..అంటే 192 లో 5 లేదా 6 గురు ST ఉపాద్యాయు నిష్పత్తి ప్రకారం కేటాయింపు జరుగును.*
➡️ అదే విధంగా నూతన రంగారెడ్డికి working cadre strength 262 వుంది..ST ఉపాధ్యాయుల నిష్పత్తి 262×2.87%=7.54 అగును. అంటే 7 లేదా 8 మందిని కేటాయిస్తారు*
➡️ ఆ విధంగా కేటాయించిన ST ఉపాధ్యాయులలో ప్రతి 100 లో వారి రోస్టర్ సీనియారిటీ ప్రకారం కేటాయింపు వుంటుంది*
➡️అదే ప్రాతిపదికన SC ఉపాధ్యాయుడిని రోస్టర్ ప్రకారం కేటాయింపు జరుగుతుంది...ఆ విధంగా SC,ST ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారి no. చివరన ఉన్న కూడా విభజన నిష్పత్తి లో మొదట కేటాయిస్తారు.*
జిల్లా కేటాయింపుల అనంతరం ఏం జరగబోతుంది
*నూతనంగా కొత్త జిల్లాలకు వచ్చిన ఉపాధ్యాయులకు మాత్రమే ఖాళీ స్థానాల్లో పాఠశాల కేటాయింపులు ఉంటాయా..?
*సాధారణ బదిలీలతో పాటు జిల్లాకు కేటాయించబడ్డ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పాఠశాల కేటాయింపు జరుగుతుందా....?*
*ప్రతి జిల్లాలో అందరు ఉపాధ్యాయులకు తప్పనిసరి బదిలీలు ఉంటాయా....?*
జిల్లా కేటాయింపుల తర్వాత ఏం జరగబోతోంది అనే విషయంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు అనేక అనుమానాలు వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్న నేపధ్యంలో వివరణ.
ప్రస్తుతం జిల్లా కేటాయింపుల ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభం అయింది. జిల్లా కేటాయింపుల అనంతరం ఉపాధ్యాయులు ప్రస్తుతం పనిచేస్తున్న జిల్లాకే కేటాయించబడితే అదే పాఠశాలలోనే కొనసాగే అవకాశం ఉంది.ఎందుకంటే కొంతమంది ఉపాధ్యాయులను జిల్లాలో సర్దుబాటు చేయడం కోసం మొత్తం ఉపద్యాయులను బదిలీ చేయడం చాలా ఇబ్బందులకు దారి తీస్తుంది.
ఒకవేళ సాధారణ బదిలీలు చేపడితే 8 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీస్ పూర్తి చేసిన వారితో పాటు పాఠశాల మారాలనుకునే వారు కూడా బదిలీ కోరుకోవచ్చు. ఇలా చేస్తే ప్రతి జిల్లాలో రిమోట్ ప్రాంతాల్లో పాఠశాలల్లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఉండని పరిస్థితి వస్తుంది. ప్రస్తుతం TRT నోటిఫికేషన్స్ కూడా లేవు. కాబట్టి అలాంటి పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యా వలంటీర్లను నియమించాల్సి వస్తుంది. ప్రభుత్వానికి అదనపు ఆర్థిక భారం అవుతుంది కావున నూతనంగా జిల్లాకు కేటాయించబడ్డ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రస్తుతం ఖాళీగా ఉన్న స్థానాలను చూపించి సీనియారిటీ ప్రాతిపదికన కౌన్సెలింగ్ నిర్వహించి పాఠశాలలకు కేటాయించి ఈ *(రీ ఆర్గనైసేషన్ ఆఫ్ లోకల్ క్యాడర్)* ప్రక్రియను సాధ్యమైనంత త్వరగా పూర్తి చేసి కొన్ని ఉద్యోగ నోటిఫికేషన్లు జారీ చేసే ఆలోచనలో ప్రభుత్వం ఉంది. కొత్తవాళ్ళ సెలెక్టెడ్ లిస్టులు పూర్తి అయిన తర్వాతనే బదిలీలు ప్రమోషన్లు చేపట్టవచ్చు...
నిజానికి పాఠశాల విధ్యా శాఖ ఏం చెయబోతుంది అని ఇప్పటికే క్లారిటీ ఇవ్వాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘాలతో ఒక మొక్కుబడి సమావేశం మాత్రం నిర్వహించారు కానీ ఈరోజు వరకు విధి విధానాలు ప్రకటించలేదు
These Days all the Teachers of Telangana are getting allotment Orders through SMS and the teachers are requested to Report in the Districts where they have been alloted. But the question is how the teachers are placed in the schools of the district alloted. There are talks that after this complete process of allotment of teachers in their new alloted districts , General transfers will be conducted to fill the vacant posts in the schools ...in this transfers all teachers who have left the district and the long standing vacancies will be shown vacant. Till now no official information is given anywhere regarding what is next after allotments and reporting of teachers in new alloted Districts.
If this is the case.. on the other side the teachers who are alloted in the other districts are worring about their placing in the schools like not knowing how many mandals are there in a particular district and how may villages are there in that particular mandal and what are the names of villages.
