*ఇంటింటా చదువుల పంట* *WhatsApp chatbot* అనే కార్యక్రమం స్వల్ప మార్పులతో మళ్లీ ఈ నెల 29 న ప్రారంభం కాబోతోంది.
దీనికి సంబంధించిన సూచనలు:
1. ప్రతి పాఠశాల లో, ప్రతి తరగతికి (3 నుండి10తరగతి) ఒక whatsaap గ్రూప్ క్రియేట్ చేయాలి
2.గతం లో ఒక నంబర్ ఇచ్చి దాని ద్వారా విద్యార్థులు work sheets practice చేసేవారు. ఇప్పుడు ఈ నెల 29 నుండి ప్రతి శనివారం, రాష్ట్రం నుండి జిల్లాకు, జిల్లా నుండి మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులకు ఒక లింక్ పంపడం జరుగుతుంది. దానిని వారు HM లకు ,HM లు క్లాస్ టీచర్స్ కు, క్లాస్ టీచర్ లు పిల్లలకు వాట్సాప్ గ్రూప్ ద్వారా చెరవేయాలి.
3. ఆ లింక్ ను ఓపెన్ చేయడం ద్వారా విద్యార్ధి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకుని, ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం ఇవ్వాలి. వెంటనే మూల్యాంకనం ఫలితాలు కూడా తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. విద్యార్థి బలహీనంగా ఉన్న టాపిక్ సంబంధించి వీడియోలు కూడా చూడవచ్చు.
4. ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి స్కూల్ UDISE కోడ్ తెలియజేయాలి. వీలైతే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయడం లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు సహకరించాలి. వారు ఎలా
WORK SHEETS పూర్తి చేయాలో ఉదాహరణగా తెలియజెప్పాలి.
5. గతం లో ఒక ఫోన్ నంబర్ లో ఒకే విద్యార్థి మాత్రమే జాయిన్ కావడానికి అవకాశం ఉండేది. ఇప్పుడు ఎక్కువ సంఖ్యలో విద్యార్థులు ఒకే నంబర్ పై రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.

6. ప్రతి శనివారం ఇచ్చిన వర్క్ షీట్ ఎక్సర్సైజ్ వచ్చే శుక్రవారం లోగా విద్యార్థులు పూర్తి చేసేలా ఉపాధ్యాయులు పర్యవేక్షించాలి.
7.ఈ సారి... ఎంత మంది విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొంటున్నారు, వారి ప్రగతి రాష్ట్ర ,జిల్లా, మండల స్థాయిలో dashboard ద్వారా అధికారులు monitor చేయవచ్చు.

*ఈ ఏడాది కూడా వాట్సాప్ చాట్‌బోట్‌ యాప్‌ వినియోగించాలని అధికారుల ఆదేశం ఇదే యాప్‌లో వర్క్‌షీట్ల నిర్వహణ*
విద్యార్థుల్లో ప్రశ్నల సాధనను అలవాటు చేసేందుకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నది.విద్యార్థుల ప్రగతిని ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో అంచనా వేసేందుకు గతేడాదే వాట్సాప్ చాట్‌బోట్‌ యాప్‌ను అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చింది. ఈ విద్యాసంవత్సరం సైతం ఈ యాప్‌ను వినియోగించాలని అధికారులు ఆదేశాలు జారీచేశారు. కరోనాతో చదువులు అంతంత మాత్రంగా సాగుతున్నాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో వాట్సాప్ ద్వారా విద్యార్థుల సామర్థ్యాలు, ప్రతిభను పరీక్షించేందుకు ఈ యాప్‌ దోహదపడుతున్నది. రాష్ట్ర విద్యాపరిశోధనా శిక్షణ మండలి (ఎస్సీఈఆర్టీ) 1- 10 తరగతులవారికి సబ్జెక్టువారీగా వర్క్‌షీట్లను రూపొందించింది. వాటిని ఉపయోగించి, ఈ యాప్‌ ఆధారంగా విద్యార్థుల సామర్థ్యాలను పరీక్షించనున్నారు. ఈ యాప్‌లో ప్రాక్టీస్ చేసిన విద్యార్థుల వివరాలను ISMS పోర్టల్‌తో అనుసంధానిస్తారు. విద్యార్థులవారీగా, తరగతులవారీగా ప్రతిభను ఈ యాప్‌ ద్వారా అంచనావేయవచ్చని అధికారులు తెలిపారు. ఏవైనా సమస్యలు తలెత్తితే 011 -40747485 నంబర్‌ను సంప్రదించాలని సూచించారు.*
*ప్రక్రియ ఇలా..*
*విద్యార్థి 85955 24405 నంబర్‌కు వాట్సాప్‌తో 'హాయ్‌, హల్లో, నమస్తే' అని టైప్‌చేసి విద్యార్థి పేరు, తరగతి, మీడియం తదితరాలను నమోదుచేసుకోవాలి.*
*తరగతులవారీగా ప్రతీవారం రెండు సబ్జెక్టులకు సంబంధించిన 8-10 ప్రశ్నలు వాట్సాప్‌లో ప్రత్యక్షమవుతాయి.*
*విద్యార్థి వీటికి సమాధానాలివ్వగానే కొద్ది క్షణాల వ్యవధిలోనే తప్పుగా చేశారో, కరెక్ట్‌గా చేశారో తేల్చి ఫలితాన్ని సైతం ప్రకటిస్తుంది.*
*తప్పుగా సమాధానాలిచ్చిన అంశాలకు సంబంధించిన పాఠ్యాంశాలు, వీడియోలు మరలా చదువుకోవడానికి వీలుగా వాట్సాప్‌తో ప్రత్యక్షమవుతాయి. వీటి ద్వారా విద్యార్థులు చేసిన లోపాలను సవరించినట్టవుతుంది.*
*రోజువారీగా ఎంత మంది విద్యార్థులు వాట్సాప్ చాట్‌బోట్‌ను వినియోగించుకుంటున్నారు.. ఎంత మంది గణితం, భౌతికశాస్త్రం, సాంఘికశాస్త్రం సహా సబ్జెక్టుల్లో సామర్థ్యాలు ఎలా ఉన్నాయో తేలిపోతుంది.*
All the District Educational Officers & EO District Project officers in the State are informed that the "Intinta Chaduvula Panta Programme" (WhatsApp chat bot) has been designed to enable quality education at home for children studying in Government schools in view of extended physical closure of schools for students due to pandemic.
WhatsApp Practice Test : All the students of Telangana State WhatsApp practice test is conducting by the Telangana SCERT. This WhatsApp based services are started by the SCERT in Telangana state on the name of intinta chaduvula panta, indicates that the every student in every house should be able to continue their learning process during the online digital classes. A WhatsApp Chat bot is created to take the test in two subjects i,e in Mathematics and English for both English and Telugu Medium.
In view of this idea, Telangana SCERT wants to take the test in online digital mode. Hence a WhatsApp chatbot is created to fulfill the idea of taking test online. This kind of service is named as intinta chaduvula panta.
In this process, The students will be taken test through WhatsApp and test will be analysed automatically by the chatbot and the result may be displayed to students directly.
కోవిడ్మ హమ్మారి కారణంగా రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు మరియు ఇఓ డిస్ట్రాక్ట్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ అధికారులకు "ఇంటింటా చాదువుల పంట ప్రోగ్రాం" పేరుతో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో SCERT ఈ వాట్సాప్ based సేవలను ప్రారంభించింది, (వాట్సాప్ చాట్ బోట్) ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న పిల్లలకు ఇంట్లో నాణ్యమైన విద్యను సులభతరం చేయడానికి రూపొందించబడినట్లు సమాచారం. ప్రతి ఇంటిలోని ప్రతి విద్యార్థి ఆన్‌లైన్ డిజిటల్ తరగతుల సమయంలో వారి అభ్యాస ప్రక్రియను కొనసాగించగలగాలి అని సూచిస్తుంది. ఇంగ్లీష్ మరియు తెలుగు మాధ్యమం రెండింటికి గణితం మరియు ఆంగ్లంలో పరీక్ష రాయడానికి ఒక వాట్సాప్ చాట్ బోట్ సృష్టించబడింది.
ఇంటింటా చదువుల పంట పేరుతో WhtasApp ద్వారా వారంలో ఒక సారి విద్యార్థి పరీక్ష రాసే విధంగా Chat Bot ను జనవరి నుంచి ప్రభుత్వం అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చింది. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో SCERT ఈ వాట్సాప్ based సేవలను ప్రారంభించింది, ప్రతి ఇంటిలోని ప్రతి విద్యార్థి ఆన్‌లైన్ డిజిటల్ తరగతుల సమయంలో వారి అభ్యాస ప్రక్రియను కొనసాగించగలగాలి అని సూచిస్తుంది. 1-10 తరగతుల కోసం అన్ని సబ్జెక్టుల కోసం సృష్టించబడిన వారపు వర్క్‌షీట్ కంటెంట్ ఈ వాట్సాప్ చాట్ బోట్ ద్వారా ప్రచారం చేయబడుతుందని సమాచారం. ప్రతి వారం రెండు సబ్జెక్టుల నుండి 10 ప్రశ్నల వరకు విద్యార్థులు ప్రాక్టీస్ చేయవచ్చు. ప్రాక్టీస్ తర్వాత జవాబు కీ పంపబడుతుంది సరైన మరియు తప్పు సమాధానాలు విద్యార్థుల సమాధానాల ఆధారంగా, చాట్ బోట్ నేర్చుకోవడానికి సంబంధిత వీడియో లింక్‌లను పంపుతుంది. ఇంగ్లీష్ మరియు తెలుగు మాధ్యమం రెండింటికి గణితం మరియు ఆంగ్లంలో పరీక్ష రాయడానికి ఒక వాట్సాప్ చాట్ బోట్ సృష్టించబడింది.
ఎంత మంది విద్యార్థులు ఈ పరీక్ష attend అవుతున్నారు అనే దాని పైన ప్రతి వారం అధికారులు గణాంకాలు లెక్కిస్తున్నారు. విద్యార్థులు WhatsApp Based Test ఎలా Attend అవ్వాలో తెలిపే User Manual తో పాటు, ఎంత మంది పిల్లలు attend అయ్యారో Note చేసుకోవటానికి కావలసిన proformas PS/UPS/HS అన్నీ కింది webpage లో అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.
వాట్సాప్ చాట్ బోట్ ఫోన్ నంబర్ 8595524405 ను విద్యార్థులతో పంచుకునేందుకు ME0 లు /ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు సూచనలు జారీ చేయాలని వారు అభ్యర్థించారు. కార్యాచరణను పర్యవేక్షించడానికి పోర్టల్ ఏదైనా ప్రశ్నలకు అధికారులు హెల్ప్‌లైన్ నంబర్ 011-40747485 కు కాల్ చేయవచ్చు.
Follow the below given process to register and start for WhatsApp Practice Test:
- First Student have to save the number 85955 24405 in their smart phones.
- Then Students have to send 'Hi' to 85955 24405 through WhatsApp
- After sending select the medium of instruction i.e. Telugu or English by entering the number 1 or 2.
- Choose the District Name.
- Choose the Mandal/Block Name.
- Choose the Class by entering their appropriate number.
- Then Enter the Student's full Name.
- After entering full name now the Chat Bot will make it self ready to take the test.
- While attempting the test student have to send their option number only. No need to type the answers.
- Students can start weekly, subject-wise assessments whenever they are ready(between Monday to Sunday) Students will be asked multiple choice questions one by one. Students will send the option number as their answer. No need to type the complete answer.
- Students can get a Score card, Answer Key and Remedial Content Recommendations after each subject’s assessment.
