రిటైర్మెంట్:(స్వచ్ఛంద పదవీ విరమణ)
➡ వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ కొరకు 20 సం॥ అర్హత గల సర్వీసు
పూర్తి చేసినవారు 3 నెలల ముందుగా తానున్న పోస్టుకు నియామకము
చేయు అధికారికి నోటీసు ఇవ్వాలి.
➡ వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ అనుమతికై ఉద్యోగి ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉన్నట్టు, డ్యూటీ చేయుటకు అర్హత కలిగినట్లు ఇద్దరు వైద్యులచే (Civil
Surgeons) సర్టిఫికెట్ సమర్పించాలి.
➡ అనారోగ్యం,ఉన్నత విద్యాభ్యాసమునకు పెట్టిన జీతనష్టపు
సెలవు తప్ప,మరే ఇతర జీతనష్టపు సెలవు అర్హత గల సెలవుగా
పరిగణించబడదు.
➡ అధికారి ఐచ్చిక రిటైర్మెంట్ కు అనుమతి ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత పదవీ విరమణ చేయాలి.
➡ గ్రాట్యూటీ మాత్రము 20 సం॥ వచ్చేదే ఇస్తారు.కుటుంబ
పెన్షన్,కమ్యూటేషన్ సౌకర్యాలు ఉంటాయి.

➡ వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ పొందువారికి (ఇతర కారణాలపై) కారుణ్య నియామక సౌకర్యం
వర్తించదు.
➡ వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ కు వైద్య పరీక్షలు అవసరం లేదు.
➡ 20 సం॥ సర్వీసు కలిగి యుండి వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ చేయు ఉద్యోగి ఇంకను 5
సం॥ మించి సర్వీసు ఉంటే 5 సం॥ వెయిటేజి
కలుపుతారు.5 సం॥ లోపు సర్వీసు ఉంటే అంతకాలం మాత్రమే సర్వీసు
వెయిటేజి కలుపుతారు.దాని ఆధారంగానే పెన్షన్ లెక్కిస్తారు.
1.Servant may retire voluntarily from service after completion of 20 years of qualifying service and he may submit notice for retirement before 3 months of the retirement.
2. The Employee who wants to take Voluntary Retirement should produce the Medical certificate from two (Civil Surgeons) that he is healthy and fit for duty.
3.Medical Certificate is not required for
Servant may retire voluntarily from service
4. The employee who is taking Voluntary Retirement (for any other reasons) is not applicable for any other recruitment.
5. The employee can be releaved from his service after the Permission is granted.
6. The 5 years of weightage would be added to employee after completion of 20 years of service, either if he have another five years of service. If Below 5 years of his service the employee can get the 5 years weightage only.
7. Employee is eligible for Gratuity for 20 years of his service only, and he can eligible for family pension and other benifits. (as per the Rules of A.P.R.P.Rule 1980, Rule 43(5), (G.O.Ms. No.413 F&P Dated.29.11.1977)
