Civil:
A four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institute in either (a) civil engineering or (b) a combination of any of the fundamental streams of civil engineering.

Electrical:
4 years for the electrical a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or institute in either (a) Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering OR(b) a combination of any sub-stream of those three fundamental engineering streams. ORA three-year degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering from a reputable university or institute, or a combination of any sub-streams of those fundamental streams.
S & T (Drawing):
Four-year Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields from a recognized university or institute: (a) Electrical/Electronics/Information Technology/Communication Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or (b) a combination of any substream of the basic streams of Electrical/ Electronics/Information Technology/Communication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
OR
Electrical, electronics, information technology, communication engineering, computer science & engineering, computer science, and computer engineering are all three-year degrees available. OR (b) from a reputable university or institute, a combination of any sub-stream of the core streams of electrical, electronic, information technology, communication engineering, computer science & engineering, computer science, and computer engineering.
