Qualifications for AP ANM / MPHA Recruitment 2019
Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination
Must have passed Either 18/24 months MPHA course conducted in the state OR two years Intermediate Vocational Multipurpose Health Worker ( Female ) course and have completed one year clinical training in selected Govt Hospital

Salary Pay Scale 21230-63010 ( PRC 2015 )

Fee: Each Application must be companied by DD worth Rs.300/- payable at Vijayawada drawn in Favour of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare AP Gollapudi Vijayawada. The SC ST BC and Ex- Service men are exempted from payment of Fee

Applications have to be submitted to the respective DM & HO in the districts on any working day between 10:30am to 5pm from 02.02.2019 to 20.02.2019 5pm
