It is hereby notified that in compliance to the orders of Hon’ble High Court in W.P No.4495 of 2019
dated:11/06/19 and W.A No.551 of 2019 dated:03/07/19 and others, , the candidates with the following Register Numbers have been provisionally admitted in the ratio 1:3 for the verification of Certificates.
2. The candidates who are qualified in 2nd Spell of physical Test & Walking Test conducted from 15/02/2020 to 18/02/2020 at erstwhile Districts are shortlisted for verification of Certificates. They are required to upload the Original Certificates, elating to Age, Qualifications, Community (Integrated), latest Creamy Layer exemption certificate in case of B.C’s as per Memo No.3009/BCW/OP/2009, Government of Telangana, Backward Classes Welfare (OP) Department, Dt:18/12/2015 (prescribed format hosted on website). Certificates relating to claim of age relaxation, Study (from 4th class to 10th class). Failing to upload any certificates may not be admitted in subsequent process of selection. After uploading of certificates candidate has to send the hard copy to the Commission’s office through post or courier. In terms of the notification the candidates should possesses the requisite qualifications as on 15/08/2017.
3. In view of safety measures to prevent spread of Covid-19, Commission decided to conduct certificate verification in online mode. Candidates should upload all the certificates online as the Commission will only consider the certificates which are uploaded online. Physically sent copies of certificates through Post / courier are only for future reference to departments if selected.
Further, candidates should write his / her name and recruitment on envelope while sending the postal mail. The certificates upload link for 724 (2nd list candidates) will be available from 01/07/2020 to 08/07/2020 and web link to exercise the web options will be made available from 29/06/2020 to 08/07/2020 on the Commissions website www.tspsc.gov.in.
4. If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with
reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form /
Check List / Certificates, the results of such candidate / candidates shall be
cancelled at any stage of selection process.
5. The candidates must note that, those who applied under equivalence of
qualification are admitted subject to verification of qualifications and other eligibility
criteria to the satisfaction of the commission. Hence admission to the Verification of
certificates is strictly "Provisional".

The Examination (Objective Type) is likely to be held on 29/10/2017 F.N & A.N. The Commission reserves the right to conduct the Examination either COMPUTER BASED RECRUITMENT TEST (CBRT) or OFFLINE OMR based Examination of objective type.

Educational Qualifications : Must have passed Intermediate examination or its equivalent.
Physical requirements:
No person shall be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment posts in the service, unless he is not less than 163 cms. in height, not less than 84 cms. round the chest on full inspiration and has a chest expansion of not less than 5 cms. on full inspiration.
a) In case of women candidates they must not be less than 150 cms. in height not less than 79 cms. round the chest on full inspiration and a Chest expansion of not less than 5 cms. on full inspiration.
b) Provided the minimum height is relaxable by 5 cms, in the case of the candidates belong to Gurkhas, Nepalese, Assamese, NAFA, Naga, Manipuri, Gauhati, Kummoni, Sikkimese, Bhutanese and Scheduled Tribes.
c) Provided further that in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes, where the reserved quota cannot be fully utilized for want of sufficient number of candidates possessing the requisite Physical Qualifications, physical standards shall not be less than 158 cms. in height and not less than 78.8 cms. round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.
d) The candidate should possess normal Eye sight apart from the Physical requirements prescribed above.
WALKING TEST:
The candidates selected in the First Step i.e, Written Examination shall be subjected to the test of walking.
In case of male candidates, a distance of 25 KM walking is to be completed in 4 hours duration.
In case of woman candidates a distance of 16 KM is to be completed in 4 hours duration.
The walking test is only a physical endurance test and shall not carry any marks. It is treated as a qualifying test.
Note:
Weightage shall be given to NCC candidates having requisite qualifications, physical measurements at the time of selection as follows
NCC – “C” Certificate holder – 5 bonus marks. NCC – “B” Certificate holder – 3 bonus marks. NCC – “ A” Certificate holder – 1 bonus mark
PROCEDURE OF SELECTION:
THE SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE POSTS WILL BE MADE BY WRITTEN EXAMINATION (OBJECTIVE TYPE), WALKING TEST AND MEDICAL TEST AS PER RULES FOR THOSE QUALIFIED IN WRITTEN EXAMINATION.

iii) Medical Test
THE FINAL SELECTION OF THESE POSTS WILL BE BASED ON MARKS SECURED IN THE EXAMINATION EITHER ONLINE OR OMR BASED, DULY GIVING WEIGHTAGE (BONUS MARKS) TO THE NCC CERTIFICATE HOLDERS AS PER RULES.
