The under mentioned District Educational Officers are requested to depute two (2) in-service teachers of Government / Aided to participate in workshop on “Role of Schools in Conservation of the Natural & Cultural Heritage” programme to be held from 18.04.2016 to
28.04.2016 under intimation to this office, venue of the programme is at :
Regional Centre,
Centre for Cultural Resources and Training, Opp: CII, (Confederation of Indian Industry)
Near Google Office, Madhapur to Kondapur Main Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500081.

The teachers who are teaching Govt. / Govt. Aided schools in classes VI to XII teachers should be below 52 years of age of at the time of Registration. The names of the teachers who have already participated in the Orientation Course should not be recommended again. The teachers on contract basis should not be deputed.
They are requested to depute the Teachers with instructions to report directly at 10.00
AM on 18th April, 2016. Teachers reporting after this date will not be allowed to attend the above workshop and no TA/DA will be paid by the Centre. List of Annexures furnished by email.
The teachers should be instructed to produce the following certificates to the organizers:-
1. Relieving certificate (on separate sheet).
2. Basic pay certificate from the school.
3. Tickets / Ticket Nos. (Photocopy of the onward journey performed and original of the return journey) to & fro tickets of the entitled class and by the shortest route should be purchased for the journey.
4. Passport size photograph.
5. Evidence of Date of Birth
The expenditure on Training, Boarding and Lodging and Travelling Allowance to the participants will be borne by CCRT, as per CCRT norms. While deputing teacher, preference should be given to female teachers as well as teachers belongs to SC/ST/OBCs.
