In the circumstances as stated by the President. STUAP. Hyderabad in the reference 1st cited and after careful examination of the proposal of the Director of Municipal Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd cited Government hereby delegate the power of issue of No Objection Certificate to the Commissioners of Municipalities /Municipal Corporations in respect of Municipal Teachers for obtaining passport.
The Director of Municipal Administration, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad is therefore requested to take necessary action accordingly
