ORDER:
In
the circumstances reported by the Director of Social Welfare, AP, Hyderabad in
the references 2nd to 4th read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal,
hereby issue the following amendment to para-5(a) of G.O.Ms.No.72, Social
Welfare(SW.Edn.2) Dept., dt:18-10-2014:
AMENDMENT
For

It shall be
mandatory to disclose and enter the Aadhar(UID) number of the father and the
mother of the student in addition to the Aadhar(UID) number of the student at
the time of filing the application for both fresh and renewal Post-Matric
Scholarship.

It shall be
optional to disclose and enter the Aadhar(UID) number of the father and the
mother of the student in addition to the mandatory to disclose and enter the
Aadhar(UID) number of the student at the time of filing the application for
both fresh and renewal Post-Matric Scholarship.

2. The Director of Social Welfare/Director of Tribal
Welfare/Director of BC Welfare/Director of Disabled and Senior Citizens/
Director of Minorities Welfare shall take further action accordingly.
