District wise and Posts Wise Teacher Posts Vacancies - Teacher Post Vacancies for Telangana TRT/DSC 2016 Notification: Most of the children and their parents are attracted to the atmosphere of private schools. This is due to the highly equipped infrastructure, teacher, pupil ratio, extracurricular, co-curricular activities. But if we see the education of both the schools is different. Student in govt school can understand the concept and answer the question in any way which we are saying C.C.E(Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation) . Where as private schools are inter, degree students without professional qualifications like D.Ed or B.Ed.If we have a look on government schools most of the teachers are well qualified and approaching the students in a right manner. If we increase the facilities and the teachers according to the classes ratio instead of students ratio and with proper supervision we can achieve in govt schools.
As, from April 1st RTE(Right to Education Act) is implementing very strictly. Government should fill up all vacant positions. As per present statistics more than 17,500 teacher posts are vacant. After rationalization in this summer, promotions the vacancy position will be clear. Then total posts should filled. If even one vacant position is left it will treat as violation of R.T.E act. In this situation however we see the release DSC or TET cum TRT notificationcompulsory. Already central govt given permission to fill up 600 teacher posts to teach challenged children.
R.T.E act clears that fill up of teacher posts in government schools, and those who works in pvt schools should also get through TET. From many days TET did not conducted so, this education dept may conduct TET + DSC at a time.
After 10th exams, teachers rationalization and teacher posts recruitment notifications may be held. Govt should decide yet. The DSC 2016 Notification will be announced in the January 2016.
