How to give TS DEECET 2015 Web Options or Web Based Selection of Colleges

User Guide for Web Based Selection of Colleges, How to give Web Options for TS DEECET 2015 Admissions: DSE Telangana issued TS DEECET 2015 Notification and invited online applications for Category-A Seats from the eligible candidates for admission into 2 year Diploma in Education (D.Ed.,) in Govt DIETs and Private DEd  Institutions in Telangana State. Entrance exam was held on August 9th, 2015 and its results were declared on 23rd August, 2015 and General Merit list was released along with results.

Further step is to join in the college, according to your rank. So, to select the college you have to give your web options according to your options, you have to take these measures.

1. Name of the college,
2. Location of college,
3. College functioning,
4. Rank,
5. Candidates place
6. Other facilities like faculty etc

So, the officials are going to conduct counselling for these colleges in the first phase counselling. The seats left in these colleges and for new colleges the counselling will be held in the second phase. For these the date for giving web options will be announced soon.

The DEECET officials has issued Web Based Counselling Schedule and these admissions will be taken up through web based counselling. Now, Online admissions process will be started from 01-09-2015. 
As per the DEECET counselling schedule
1. First phase of Counseling: 01-09-2015
2. Second phase of Counseling: 15.09.2015
3. Admissions for left over seats: 24.09.2015
4. First day of instruction: 14-09-2015

Web Based Selection Process Guidelines

1. To begin with, download the list of colleges that are available University area wise kept on the website http://deecet.cgg.gov.in
2. For submission of preferences pay a fee of Rs.60/- at any of the APONLINE centers or through Payment Gateway Services provided in web by giving your minimum details and obtain Transaction ID / Journal Number.
3. After obtaining the Transaction ID / Journal Number login to http://deecet.cgg.gov.in and Click on the link ‘Submission of Preferences for Admission’.
4. The list of districts will be displayed on the screen. Select the districts into which you wish to seek admission. The list of colleges in those districts will be displayed.
5. Follow the ‘On Screen’ instructions and messages that are given during the course of selection of your preferences (Colleges).
6. Before pressing the ‘Submit’ button please check thoroughly the preferences submitted
7. After submission of preferences download the PDF of submitted preferences and read the Declaration and Disclaimers.
8. Each candidate will be allowed to edit the preferences submitted by them for two times between 07.01.2015 to 10.01.2015.
9.  Submission of preferences through Web Based Selection is not the end of admission procedure. It is only registration for admission. Admissions will be made exclusively in the sequence of merit.
10. There is no limit to the number of preferences to be given. The chances of allotment of seat will be more if the number of preferences submitted is more. But allotment of seat will be made as per merit and hence, all the candidates who have submitted preferences may not be allotted seats.
11. If you are provisionally selected for admission to any of the colleges you will be sent SMS on your mobile.Download the Provisional Admission Letter from 16.01.2015onwards from http://deecet.cgg.gov.in and follow guidelines given on it with regard to certificate verification and fee payment.

User Guide for giving  Web Options for TS DEECET 2015:

1. Candidates can submit their web options through online from 01.09.2015.
2. The fee prescribed for For submission of  Colleges preferences for admission into DEd Course 2015-2017(web options-phase-I) is Rs. 60/- (Rupees Sixty only).
4. Candidates can pay the fee through TSONLINE or e-Seva centres or Payment Gateway Services between from 01.09.2015 and submit web options online at the DIETCET website tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in between from 01.09.2015.
5. By typing website address http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in in any browser, the following screen appears,

6. Then click  “Click here for Submitting Web Options” button. The following screen appears.

•  Provide the Journal No (APONLINE or e-Seva centres 10 characters and online payment portal 14 characters) which is given after the payment.
• Enter the Hall Ticket number 11 Digits.
• Select the Date of birth. And as well as Date of payment.
• Provide all details Correctly and Click on GO to proceed further. The following screen appears.

• Cross check the information at the Candidate details.(Fig.No.3)

• Select the Districts and click on “Get College List”(Fig.No.3) to get the colleges in respective district’s. The following screen appears(Fig.No.4).

• Double click on the college (OR) select the college and click on the button provided.(Fig.No.)
• “>” To move college by college from {List Of Colleges To Priority Of Options}.
• “>>” To move all colleges from {List Of Colleges To Priority Of Options}.
• “<” To move college by college from {Priority Of Options To List Of Colleges }.
• “<<” To move all colleges from {Priority Of Options To List Of Colleges}.
• Up and Down for moving the preferences.(Fig.No.5)

1. " I declare that the preferences shown above are submitted by me personally through the web based service provided by Chairman, DIETCET 2013. I have thoroughly checked the preferences before submitting them and as such shall not dispute with whosoever concerned at whatsoever time. I am fully aware that submission of these preferences does not entitle me for admission into the course and that admissions are made purely in the sequence of merit.
2. I declare that my personal details shown on this form are correct and that if I am given admission based on these details I shall produce all relevant documents at the time of verification of certificates. If it is found that I have submitted wrong details disciplinary action / criminal proceedings may be initiated against me as per rules."
3. If you have checked the preferences above and confirm them"

• Check the declaration.(Fig.No.5)
• Click on Preview to proceed further.

• Below text appear on the Screen 

"Please go through the Preview of the preferences submitted by you as shown below and if you confirm the preferences press 'SUBMIT' button, otherwise press 'EDIT' and correct your preferences. press 'SUBMIT' button otherwise press 'EDIT' and correct your preferences. Do not 'Submit' without checking."

• Click on EDIT to get back to previous. {OR}.
• Click on [Submit] button To Complete web options.

• If you want to ADD, DELETE OR MODIFY the given colleges revisit the website and provide your details again.

If the Candidate Visits again 4th time ( He/She get the following Details).This year as per new guidelines Each candidate will be allowed to edit the preferences submitted by you for two(2) times for Web Option Process 

Issue of Final Admission Letter:
Final Admission Letter will be issued after verification of Certificates at the district level venue at Government DIET Colleges of the Concerned District to which the candidate allotted for admission and on dates given on the Provisional Admission Letter.Telangana Ded College, ListAP Ded College List
