I invite your attention to the references cited and submit that vide ref 1st cited the Dy Director General has informed that the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment , Govt, of India has assigned an evaluation study entitled "Monitoring the effectiveness of implementation of Scheduled Castes Sub Plan (SCSP) and other schemes being implemented for the welfare of Scheduled Castes" and requested to extend full cooperation to the members of Centre for Research and Action, New Delhi in its endeavors.
Govt,. vide ref 2nd cited, appointed the Director, Scheduled Castes Development Department as Nodal Officer with whom the research team can interact and carry out the evaluation study in our state.
I further informed that vide ref 3rd cited, the Director, CERPA New Delhi has informed that the team from CERPA would be visiting the State from 03rd October 2015 to 5th October 2015 for "Monitoring the effectiveness of implementation of Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan (SCSP) and other schemes being implemented for the welfare of Scheduled Castes" during the visit the Director will meet the Heads of the Departments like Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Rural Development, Education, Women and Child Development also the beneficiaries.
Therefore I request you to issue instructions to the concerned officers dealing with SCSP to keep all the information on SCSP allocations, physical and financial achievements for the years 2014-15 & 2015-16 ready for review by Director, CERPA during the above dates, and inform the field staff accordingly, for the visit of the Director CERPAon the above dates for interaction with beneficiaries, if required.
You are also requested to send the detail notes on the implementation of SCSP along with the questionnaire (enclosed) to this office by 01.10.2015 in the Hard & Soft copy without fail.

This is with reference to communication dated 8th April, 2015 with D.O.N0.13-16/2014
PREM (Statistics) from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of
Social Justice,Govemment of India to your Chief Secretary which has assigned an evaluation study on "Monitoring the effectiveness of implementation of SCSP and other schemes being implemented for the welfare of Scheduled Castes" to our organisation Centre for Research, Planning and Action (CERPA), New Delhi.
In this regard, The team from CERPA would be visiting the state of Telangana from 3rd
October, 2015 to 6th October 2015.
We would like to seek your kind cooperation for facilitating our meetings with heads of the different departments so as assess the nature of development for the SCs population through various schemes and if any new welfare schemes(Central and State welfare Schemes) for SCs population in the state implemented by the respective department during 2015-16.
We 'd require the documents showing the physical targets and achievements for the following departments like Agriculture, Horticulture ,Animal Husbandry,Rural development, Education, Women and Child Development for 2014-15 during the course of our visit to the state of Telangana so as to assess development for the welfare of SCs population in the state of Telangana.
