Andhra Pradesh Village Secretariats Posts Recruitment Details by the District Selection Committee (DSC) Establishment of Andhra Pradesh Village Secretariats and Structure of the Grama Sacivalayam Posts and Job Charts released by the Govt. of A.P.
The District Committee of Andhra Pradaesh (DSC) will take up the Recruitment Process for the posts of arising vacancies.
According to Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh ‘Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’, the Government of Andhra Pradesh will recruit nearly 1.60 lakh candidates on various posts in ‘Grama Sachivalayam’ before October 02, 2019. The selection of AP Grama Sachivalayam posts will be held through AP DSC (District Selection Committees). This system is to ensure corruption free and leak proof implementation of Government Programs/Schemes.

AP Village Secretariat or Grama sachivalayam recruitment notification will be released on 15th July 2019 on the official website of AP @ap.gov.in. The selection of Grama sachivalayam posts will be through AP District Selection Committee.

1. The Appointment of Field Functionaries of Village Secretariats will be done by the District Selection Committee.
2. Who are going to be appointed as Field Functionaries in Village Secretariats are Permanent Government Employees, with two years probation period, during this period they will be paid stipend only.
3. These Field Functionaries will not be entrusted with their own department works but also any other work as decided by the Government.
4. Existing Field Functionaries of village level of different line Department are to be account for before takingup recruitment of new functionaries.
5. There shall be a Departmental monitoring mechanism to oversee the funtions of the village Secretariat employeed of the department concerned.
6. After the appointment of Functionaries are to be imparted to induction training, before the posting in the Village Secretariats.
