The Telangana Gurukul Tribal Welfare Vidyalaya Society will publish information about TTWR Sports School Admission 2023 on its website, http://tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in.

Every year, the TTWREIS Sports School Entrance Test 2023 will be held for the admission of Cricket Academies, Sports Academies, and Sports Schools. A thorough announcement and prospectus will be posted on the website.

Candidates who meet the requirements and are interested in attending TTWREIS Sports Academies, Sports Schools, or Cricket Academies for the academic year 2023 may submit an online application at the TS Gurukulam website. Candidates should read the announcement before applying.

Cricket Academies, Sports Academies, and Sports Schools Entrance Test 2023 announcement has been given by TS Gurukulam, Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TTWREIS)

On its official web domain, Telangana Tribal Welfare Gurukul Vidyalaya has announced TTWREIS Sports School 5th Class Admission 2023. It is suggested for those who qualify to apply. Under the aegis of this institution are two sports schools.

There are 80 places available in the combined boys' and girls' schools. The chosen individuals will receive a free education as well as a PET suit, a track suit, a kit bag, etc. Eturu Nagaram has a boys gurukul school, while Chegunta has a ladies gurukul school. In each school, there are 40 open seats.

 Qualifications for 5th Class Admission at TTWREIS Sports School:

All Telangana State kids (boys and girls) who are interested in participating in various sports activities are welcome to apply at the 02-Sports Schools listed below.

For admission to the sports schools, pupils must have completed their education at one of the following institutions: TTWREIS Institutions, Model Schools, Ashram Schools, Government Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools, Aided Schools, and other Government Recognised Schools.

The TTWREIS will offer free boarding, accommodation, two pairs of athletic wear, one track suit, kit bags, water bottles, towels, and other items to all of the chosen students.

Only the fifth grade qualifies students for admittance into the 02 Sports Schools.

The student should be in good physical health.

Schedule and the selection criteria would be published soon.

At the time of admission, selected students must present the required documents, including proof of Caste, Income, Aadhar Card, Marks Memo, Study Certificate, T.C., Medical Fitness Certificate (from at least an Assistant Civil Surgeon), and (06) Passport Size Photos.

The government's criteria in effect at the time of admissions state that parental income cannot exceed Rs. 2 lakh ($3,500) for urban households and Rs. 1.5 lakh ($1,500) for rural households for the 2023–24 year.

Admission to the fifth grade at TTWR Sports School:

Students with chronic illnesses and those who do not meet the physical requirements listed below should not apply for admission to sports schools since having good physical health is a requirement for enrollment in sports schools:

1. A candidate shouldn't have a history of fits or mental breakdowns.

2. Normal hearing should be present.

3. In a calm environment, a candidate should be able to hear a forced whisper with each ear at a distance of 610 cm.

4. There shouldn't be any signs of ear, nose, or throat illness, either current or old. For AF, an audiometric test will be performed.

5. Between 250 and 8000 Hz, audiometric hearing loss shouldn't be larger than 20 dB.

6. Speech should not be hindered in any way.

7. There shouldn't be any symptoms of organic or functional heart and blood vessel problems. Normal blood pressure is desirable.

8. Neither the liver nor the spleen should be enlarged. Any indication of sickness in the abdominal organs will lead to rejection.

9. A applicant won't qualify if they have untreated hernias. 

10. Before beginning the course, a minimum of one year must have passed since the final medical assessment in the case of a hernia that has undergone surgery.

11. There shouldn't be any piles, varicocele, or hydrocele.

12. A urine examination will be performed, and if any abnormalities are found, admission will be denied.

13. Any skin condition that might lead to handicap or deformity will also make people less inclined to accept.

Better eye scored 6 out of 6 while the worst eye scored 6 out of 9. Manifest hypermetropia should not exceed +3.5D including astigmatism and myopia should not be higher than -2.5D including astigmatism. Ophthalmoscope will be used to do an internal examination of the eye to rule out any eye diseases. Binocular vision must be strong for a candidate.

The CP-III (Defective Safe) colour vision standard will be used. Candidates must be able to read the required plate of the Ishihara Book/Tokyo Medical College Book or correctly identify the colours white, signal red, and signal green as displayed by Martin's Lantern at a distance of 1.5 metres.

Candidates who have had Radial Keratotomy to increase visual acuity—or who can provide proof that they have—will be categorically disqualified from all services. Defence forces do not accept applicants who have undergone laser surgery to treat refractive defect.

NOTE: Only the inside face of the forearm, which runs from the inside of the elbow to the wrist, and the reverse side of the palm/back (dorsal) side of the hand are acceptable locations for permanent body tattoos. Candidates will not be allowed to move on in the selection process if they have permanent body tattoos on any other portion of their bodies. Tribes that currently follow their existing rituals and traditions and have tattoos on their faces or bodies will be allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Additionally, online applications are being accepted from kids who meet the requirements for admission into Telangana Tribal Mini Sports Academies for grades 5 through 8 and into 23 Mini Sports Academies, 02 Sports Schools, and 2 Cricket Academies.

Only 5th grade kids at sports schools will be eligible for the admissions procedure. Students from tribes can apply online for a $50 registration fee. All of the chosen students will receive complimentary boarding, housing, two pairs of PT clothes, one track suit, a kit bag, a water bottle, a towel, etc.

Admissions: ST students who have attended TTWREIS Institution, ST Welfare Residential Schools, Model Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools, Aided Schools, and other Government Recognised Schools are eligible for admission. ST students who have also attended 02 Sports Schools, 2 Cricket Academies, and other Government Recognised Schools are also eligible.

Entrance Exam for TS Sports Academies, TS Sports Schools, and TS Cricket Academies

a) Mini Sports Academy admissions would be available in grades 5 through 8, whereas 02 Sports Schools admissions would only be available in grades 5 through 8.

b) Enrollment in cricket academies

Eligibility:

Eligibility for TTWREIS Sports Academies and Sports Schools for Telangana State Sports School Admissions Student must be physically fit and sound for entrance examination. The schedule and selection criteria will be informed in due time.

Qualification:

Students who have completed grades four through seven are eligible to apply for the TTWREIS Sports Academies, Sports Schools, and Cricket Academies Entrance Test for admission to the fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth grades in Mini Sports Academies and the fifth grade only in two Sports Schools.

Income Limit: At the time of enrollment, parental income cannot exceed Rs. 2 lakh ($3,600) for urban households and Rs. 1.5 lakh ($1,500) for rural households. Students who are physically challenged are not permitted to take the fitness tests.

Selection Process:

Physical fitness tests may be of the practical variety (physical fitness test). Only the most deserving candidates from the physical fitness test will be allowed to take the physical screening test, and those who pass will be admitted to TS Gurukulam's cricket academies, sports academies, and sports schools as well as get all other advantages.

a. Fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth grades Admissions to sports academies: Fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students may apply for admission.

b. Admissions to Sports Schools in the 5th Grade: Only the 5th Grade will be available for admission to Sports Schools.

c. The student must be physically sound and fit.

Eligibility:

All the students (Girls & Boys) of Telangana state who are interested in sports can apply for admission into 02-Sports Schools. Students who have studied in TTWREIS Institutions, Model Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools, Aided Schools and other Govt. recognized schools are eligible for admission into 5th class in sports schools.

For all the selected students’ free boarding, lodging, 2 pair of PT Dress, one Track suit,Shoes with socks, Kit Bag, Water bottle, towel, etc. shall be provided.

1. For admission into 02 Sports Schools, entry point is 5th Class only.

2. The Student should be Physically Fit and Sound.

3. Selection criteria would be communicated shortly along with Schedule.

4. Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste,

Income, Aadhaar Card., Marks Memo, Study Certificate, T.C., Medical Fitness

Certificate (from not less than Assistant Civil Surgeon), (06) Passport size

5. Parental Income for the year, 2021-22 financial year should not exceed

Rupees Two Lakh per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the

 Chronic Diseases and Physical Fitness.

 (a) A candidate should have no past history of mental breakdown or fits.

(b) The hearing should be normal. A candidate should be able to hear a forced

whisper with each ear at a distance of 610cms in a quiet room. There should be no

evidence of present /past disease of the ear, nose and throat. Audio metric test will

be done for AF. Audio metric hearing loss should not be greater than 20 db in

frequencies between 250 and 8000 Hz. There is no impediment of speech.

(c) There should be no signs of functional or organic disease of the heart and blood

vessels. Blood pressure should be normal.

(d) There should be no enlargement of liver or spleen. Any evidence of disease of

internal organs of the abdomen will be a cause for rejection.

(e) Un-operated hernias will make a candidate unfit. In case of Hernia which has

been operated, a minimum of one year must have passed prior to final medical

examination before commencement of the course.

(f) There should be no hydrocele, varicocele or piles.

(g) Urine examination will be done and any abnormality if detected will be a cause

for rejection.

(h) Any disease of skin which is likely to cause disability or disfigurement will also

be a cause for rejection.

 (k)Distance Vision (Corrected): Better Eye 6/6; Worse Eye 6/9. Myopia should not be more than -2.5D including astigmatism and manifest hypermetropia not more than +3.5D including Astigmatism. Internal examination of the eye will be done by means of ophthalmoscope to rule out any disease of the eye. A candidate must have good binocular vision. The Colour vision standard will be CP-III (Defective Safe). Candidates should be able to recognize white, signal red and signal green colours correctly as shown by Martin’s Lantern at a distance of 1.5 meter or read the requisite plate of Ishihara Book / Tokyo Medical College Book. Candidates who have undergone or have evidence for having undergone Radial Keratotomy, to improve the visual acuity will be permanently rejected for all the services. Candidates who have undergone Laser Surgery for correction of refractive error are also not acceptable to defense services.

NOTE: Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearm i.e. from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand/Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection. Tribes with tattoo marks on the face or body as per their existing custom and traditions will be permitted on a case to case basis.
