Terminal Holidays Prefix/ Sufix Clarifications

*దసరా సెలవులు preffix-Suffix పై వివరణ*

*ఈసారి మనకు దసరా టర్మ్ సెలవులు 14 డేస్*

*దసరా సెలవులు 10 డేస్ కన్న ఎక్కువ 15 డేస్ కన్న తక్కువ ఉన్న సందర్భంలో CLOSING DAY కానీ Opening day కానీ CL పెట్టుకోవడానికి అవకాశం లేదు...కాబట్టి closing day and opening రెండు రోజులు స్కూల్ కి attend కావాలి RC NO 10324, DATED 7.11.1969*

*ఒకవేళ సెలవులు 9 డేస్ లోపు కానీ 15 డేస్ పైన గాని ఇస్తే closing day కానీ opening day కానీ CL పెట్టుకోవడానికి అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. RC NO.815 dated 1.9.1999*

*టర్మ్ సెలవులు 10,11,12,13,14 డేస్ ఉన్నపుడు మనకు closing day or opening day CL పెట్టుకోవడానికి వీలులేదు*

*ఈసారి మనకు సెలవులు 14 డేస్ ఉన్నాయి కాబట్టి closing day and opening day తప్పకుండా హాజరు కావాలి...ఒక వేళ మీరు CL పెట్టినచో 14 డేస్ కి కూడ అర్హత గల సెలవులు కోల్పోవాల్సి వస్తుంది*

If Sankranthi/ Dasara Vacations/ Terminal Holidays do not Exceed 14 Days, then Prefix Sufix not applicable . i.e Teachers should attend to school on closing day and opening days. Otherwise all the holidays will be sanctioned as other than CL ( HPL, EL ).

Note: Prefix and Suffix is not applicable when terminal Holidays are more than 10 - less than 15 i.e., Teachers should attend the schools on the closing day and the opening day otherwise all the holidays including absent day are considered as other than C.L

Now (11-01-2019 to 17-01-02019) holidays are only 7 therefore teachers can avail CL on Closing Day or Opening Day

సంక్రాంతి/దసరా సెలవులు 14 రోజులు మించకుండా ఉన్నప్పుడు ఉపాధ్యాయులు కచ్చితంగా పాఠశాలకు హాజరు అవ్వాలి. హాజరు కానిచో సెలవు దినములు అన్ని సాధారణ సెలవు కాకుండా ( HPL, EL ) మంజూరు చేయబడతాయి. కావునా ఇప్పుడు వస్తున్న సంక్రాంతి సెలవులు 7 రోజులు కాబట్టీ సెలవుఅలకు ముందు రోజు సెలవుల తరువాత ప్రారంభ రోజు కచ్చితంగా పాఠశాలకు హాజరు కావాలి. లేనిచో 7 సెలవు రోజులు, మీరు సెలవు పెట్టిన రోజు కలుపుకుని CL కాని other than CL ( HPL/EL ) సెలవులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు. ఒకవేళా సెలవులు 14 రోజులకు మించి ఉంటే ( Considered as Vacations ) , సెలవులకు ముందు రోజు గాని, సెలవుల తరువాత రోజు గాని సెలవు పెడితే ఆ ఒక్కరోజును మాత్రం other than CL ( EL only ) గా Sanction చేస్తారు.
