Agenda for Common Sumative - III Examination
1. Introduction on introducing Common Examination (Summative – III) from classes I-IX.
2. Preparation and distribution of Question Papers.
3. Constitution of Committees at various levels (State, District, Mandal)
4. Roles and Responsibilities of Stakeholders at various levels.
5. Time Schedule for the conduct of Examinations
6. Details of Website.
7. Evaluation Procedures
8. Uploading of Marks
9. Data analysis
10. Report Generation
11. Feedback and follow up activities

Objectives of Common Summative-3 Examination System:
  1. To conduct common examinations in all schools recognized by the govt. of A.P duly maintaining secrecy at all levels
  2. To assess achievement levels of students from class I – IX under CCE mode in all subjects at all levels (School, Mandal, District, State and nation level) 
  3. To give proper feedback to the concerned viz.. Students themselves, their parents, schools, authorities. 
  4. To prepare a plan of action and to set targets to overcome the shortcomings in the concerned areas to the respective districts for the forthcoming academic year.

Fee Structure for Summative-III Common Exam System
  1. For all Govt. Institutions requirements will be meet from SSA, RMSA funds.
  2. For all Private Institutions Managements may pay Rs. 75/- per student. 
  3. Do not collect examination fee from students of both Managements.

Method of Conduct of Examination in Common S-III Exam System

Primary and U.P level: 
  1. Jumbling method for the allotment of invigilators 
  2. Head Master may retain in School 
  3. Private school teaching staff also act as invigilators & Evaluators
  4. One examination per day.
  5. The Headmaster / Invigilating staff should collect Question Papers from MEO Answer Scripts handed over to MEO with proper labeling on the same day.
  6. Take a Photograph after signing of the invigilators on the QP bundle.
  7. Take a Photograph after packing of the answer scripts and to send the same to the concerned MEOs / Complex H.Ms.
  8. Evaluation of Answer Scripts in the Mandal level Center.
High School Level:
  1. Jumbling method for the allotment of invigilators

  5. For class VIII Morning Physical Paper Afternoon Biological Science Paper.
  6. For class IX Morning First Paper, After Noon Second Paper. The Headmaster / Invigilating staff should collect Question Papers from A.C. / DCEB Secretary.
  7. Answer Scripts handed over to MEO / Dy.EO. with proper labeling on the same day. 
  8. Take a Photograph after signing of the invigilators on the QP bundle.
  9. Take a Photograph after packing of the answer scripts and to send the same to the concerned MEOs / Dy.EO.
  10. Evaluation of Answer Scripts in the Mandal level Center.
  11. Student wise marks should be computerized and uploaded in the prescribed website.
