Dynamic and result‐oriented personnel is looking by the Electronics Corporation of India Limited, a Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy for the following positions purely on fixed tenure contract  basis,  for  a  period  of  Two Years  (extendable  up  to  two more  years depending on project requirements  &  satisfactory  performance  of  the  candidate)  to  work  in  various  Divisions  /  Sites  / Customer premises for the project requirements:

I. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE (exp. as on 31/08/2021): 

Technical Officer on Contract (Cat.1): A First class Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication (Electronics & Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation disciplines also considered, if possess relevant experience) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any  recognized Institution / University with one‐year  post  qualification  experience  in  the  field  of  Communication  Systems  like  VSAT,  Radio Frequency (RF), Basic concepts in Networking, Exposure on Operating Systems i.e. Linux, Linx etc. 

Technical Officer on Contract (Cat.2): A First‐class Engineering Degree (Full time) in Computer Science / Information  Technology  with  minimum  60%  marks  in  aggregate  from  any  recognized  Institution  / University with minimum one‐year post qualification experience in the field of JAVA SCRIPT, Node .JS, HTML, REACT JS and other web technologies. 

Technical  Officer  on  Contract  (Cat.3):  A  First‐class  Engineering  Degree  (Full  time)  in  Electronics  &  University with minimum  one‐year  post qualification experience  in  the  field of testing and  debugging  of embedded systems / Communication with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution. 

Technical Officer on Contract (Cat.4): A First‐class Engineering Degree (Full time) in Computer Science  / University with minimum one‐year post qualification experience in the field of DBMS like My SQL, MS SQL and Operating systems viz. Linux/Cent / Information  Technology  with  minimum  60%  marks  in  aggregate  from  any  recognized  Institution.  

II. METHOD OF SELECTION: 

Candidates will be shortlisted in order of merit in the ratios of 1:5 based  on  the  marks  obtained  in  their  BE/B.Tech after successful on‐line registratin &  one  year  post  qualification  relevant experience. Such candidates will be called for Virtual Interview and recommendations will be made based  on  performance in  the interview &  relevant experience.  Recommended  candidates  will be considered for final selection subject to successful completion of document verification. By an email communication document verification date of interview & will be intimated to shortlisted candidates  and candidates are required to attend the Virtual Interview within short notice. 

III. RESERVATIONS AND RELAXATIONS:

As per Govt. directives Reservations &Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD will be held.  

Relaxation of Marks: 1st Class is relaxed to 2nd Class with 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates. 

Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC & 10 more years relaxation for PwD category. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989. 

IV. PROCESS TO APPLY: 

1. By visiting our website “www.ecil.co.in” (Main Page > Careers > e‐Recruitment) eligible candidates have to apply on‐line.  The on‐line application process will  be operational from 28/09/2021 (14.00 hrs.) to 06/10/2021 (16.00 hrs.). 

2. While filling on‐line application form candidate should furnish actual information/data and must produce the supporting document during verification.  The candidature shall be rejected at any stage of recruitment process, if fail  to do so. 

3. In  shortlisting  the  suitable candidates the post‐qualification  experience  is  one  of  the  main  criteria.  Hence,  applicants  are  requested  to  furnish  their  experience  particulars  (Post, Company Name, Skills & Roles and responsibilities etc.) in detailed manner. On‐line applications with incomplete information shall  be rejected and shall not be considered for further evaluation.   

4. The candidate is  required  to take the print of registered on‐line application form  after applying on‐line & successful registration and save for future use without fail. Before the last date for on‐line registration the candidate can take re‐print of his/her registered on‐line application form . 

5. There will be no separate communication to any candidate on their non‐selection at any stage.  

V. IMPORTANT DATES:

Date & time of Virtual Interview will be hosted in our website and a separate communication will be sent to the shortlisted candidates.

VI. GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

1. The  complete  advertisement hould be crefully read by the candidate carefully  and  ensure  that  he  /  she  has fulfilled the eligibility criteria of the post stated in the advertisement in all respects.  

2. Company reserves the right to raise the eligibility criteria to restrict the no. of eligible candidates to be called for written test and also fill up the post or alter the no. of posts or even cancel the 

whole process of recruitment without assigning any reason. 

3. Those candidates are only eligible who  studied  full  time/regular  courses.  Correspondence/ e‐learning/ distance mode/part time courses shall not be considered. 

4. The Degree of Disability for PwD Candidates is 40% & above. 

5. All  qualifications  should  be  from  a  recognized  Institution  recognized  by appropriate Statutory Authority / Indian  University   . 

6. In case of CGPA, relevant certificate from the Institution/University to be produced with regards to conversion of CGPA to percentage. 

7. The application is liable for rejection at any stage of recruitment process in case of suppression of facts/furnishing of false information. 

8. Any Legal proceeding in respect of any matter /  any application in response thereto can be instituted only limited to Courts at GHMC (Kapra Circle) claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and / or alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 

9. Canvassing in any form will result in immediate rejection of application. 

10. Only Indian Nationals are eligible. 

Documents required during verification: 

1. SSC certificate or School leaving certificate as Date of birth proof;

2. Identity proof (Govt. issued, Aadhar, Driving License, Passport etc.)

3. Documents in support of Qualification (SSC, Intermediate/ITI/Diploma, B.Tech./B.E. Certificates 

along with Provisional & Marks memo, as applicable);

4. CGPA conversion certificate from institution/university, if any;

5. Experience  certificate  from  previous  employment  (Appointment  Order  &  recent  pay  slips,  if 

working);

6. Category  Certificate  in  support  of  SC/ST/OBC  (Non‐Creamy  layer)  &  EWS  in  the  prescribed 

proforma as per Government guidelines;

7. A valid certificate with respect to Persons with Disabilities (PwD); Discharge certificate in case of 

Ex‐servicemen; Relevant certificate, if claiming age relaxation as candidate from J&K; if any.

8. Recent passport size color photograph (Blue background only).
