AP Rc 1018 School Annual Day Celebrations for KGBV Schools.Andhra Pradesh SSA has issued Rc 1018 for conducting of School Day Celebrations Guidelines for KGBV Schools on 20-02-2016.
As per AP Rc 1018 has directed to conduct Annual Day Celebrations, throughout AP on Saturday,20th February 2016. The KGBVs should conduct various cultural,sports,games,competitions and distribute prizes to the winners.The required budget is allotted in the kgbv Financial Norms and Operational Guidelines for 2016-2016 at S.No 2-PTA/School Functions.Few guidelines are attached here with for successful conduct of annual day celebration

Guidlines for KGBV Annual Day Celebrations in AP
- Need to prepare the KGBV Progress Report and that is to be read out in the function by Special officer
- Awards toMerit students who excelled in activities
- Cultural Activities
- Keep the pramises of KGBV Clean and green
- Invitation to parents
- Invite one or two inspiring Women personalities for the Annual Day celebrations to Motivate the girl children in the KGBV
- Invite Govt Officers available
- A compiled District Progress report on Annual Day Celebrations to be submitted to State Office by all DPOs on or before 27th February 2016
